Easy to setup and use...quality picture.
  • A message asked me to give 5 Stars!

    By Speedy Steve
I had trouble Pairing the Camera! Couldn’t update the Firmware! Then I tried the Setup again and it worked!! It’s my first Pan/Tilt Camera. Still learning how to use it but I like it! 5 Stars, Why not?
  • Good and simple, but need an iPad version

    By Act0n
Overall it does what I need it to do, but I use iPad for home security and automation, this app looks awful on iPad. It shouldn't be hard to scale it on iPad, right? It doesn't even need to have a horizontal view, simple scaling would be perfect enough.
  • Horrible update

    By CantPostReviewAllNamesRTaken
We’ve had 3 cameras set up in our home for about 2 years now. We have had a few problems with it not picking up movement here and there but nothing to complain about. Our power had went out and it was almost impossible to get one of them to reconnect, I went through the whole set up about 5 times before it finally worked. Also since the last update, the on/off button is gone but I’m assuming the camera/mute mic took its place so that’s not a big deal but I can not see any recorded movement which is super annoying! Please FIX SOON!!

We just installed the cameras and this app is great! We are super happy we bought these. The images and the microphone quality are really clear.
  • Update has lotsa bugs

    By &&@@&87
Don't not use this update, on-off switch is missing, some cameras will not connect anymore. Lots,a problems.
  • No native iPad support, constant upsell

    By Meghans_Dad
One would think with how popular this companies cameras are they would have a native iPad client vs. the scaled iPhone app experience. Lots of dead space that isn’t utilized, no reason I shouldn’t be able to have camera groups visible. Also, everywhere you look there is a “Subscribe” link for the cloud service, and screens you have to click through to say No. I understand they need a recurring revenue stream to sustain the apps, but its a little excessive to be splashed under every camera, and the interstitial screens every time I seem to start the app. Part of me wishes I didn’t have so much invested in these cameras, they were great a year or two ago, but now I do not feel like a customer, instead I feel like a cow being sold at the market.
  • As Advertised!

Cameras were easy to set up. The only thing is that the video could have been better. Still, this was easy.
  • No date time stamp

    By hellokitty168
I have the 720p and there isn’t time / date stamp when you record and save the videos to your iPhone. Please add that feature. What’s the use of recording and saving it on my SD card if the playback doesn’t show time date stamp ? My Wyze and other sec cam has that feature
