Been using for almost two weeks. Been super helpful lately. I set a reminder for 10:30am everyday and fill notes throughout the day. The advise built in is unique, and doesn’t feel cookie cutter. Would definitely recommend to anyone, even if you are just trying to maintain a more positive attitude or changing your mindset.

If you or a Loved one has Depression or has a hard time pinpointing emotions this app is wonderful. It gives daily reminders to check in on you and lets you write what’s making you feel a certain way and select emotions. My only Critique is that there is only different variances of happy and sad and that the emotions for the face don’t go anywhere else and that they are too general.

Let me start off by saying that I strongly suggest this app for everyone. It works for me personally and I know that it can work for you. If you have anxiety, if you feel frustrated, feel like your in a fog, stuck in the gutters, if you feel lost, depressed, sad, unhappy with a situation, you can get out of it. And the way to get out of it is to make a change. Moodnotes is a tool. It’s a great tool that can help you get unstuck in a lot of traps. It can change your perception with the situation you are in now and will help you move forward in a positive, enlightening way. It’s a really simple, user-friendly app! This is one of the few apps where I actually leave the notifications on because Moodnotes is so useful and it notifies me about every other day to help keep myself on the right track. Great App 5 Stars haha it’s awesome! Try it for yourself and share it with your circle

This app is super helpful for letting you see trends in your mood. It’s great for helping you identify factors that typically contribute to poor moods as well as things that generally boost your mood. It’s also very helpful for people like me who sometimes have difficulty understanding my own feelings. It’s a simple design but it really is very comforting to have this app in my phone. 100% worth all 500 pennies
