Tried every number listed and I cannot activate this app. Now I have to find out how to cancel my yearly subscription. Support was totally useless.

This was a great app in the beginning. November blocked a lot of calls. But since December it hasn’t blocked any calls. Triple checked that it is activated, but the robo calls keep coming. It has only spoofed one call who fell for it out of the dozens it caught, versus the hundreds I receive.

Joined Nov. 2017. All good until Feb. 4th, 2018. Until today Mar. 18th, 43 calls show missed (unanswered), and only four intercepted. Unacceptable. Not rocket science:(

YOU CAN GET! Yes this means it's not perfect and I didn't expect perfect, but thanks to a huge AND GROWING database and continued reports/contributions from users it just keeps getting better. I'VE ONLY HAD THIS TWO DAYS! In that time it's blocked one spam, two neighbor spoofs and one of those two the answer bot handled it (Thank you Mr Trump). Outside of three calls nothing. Mondays are always the worst for this garbage and I usually get about 8 calls, the majority of which are neighbor spoofs (the most annoying and aggravating of all). Today I've only received two calls. I'm looking forward to seeing things after a week let alone the next 30 days. Thank you so much Robo Killer people!👍

  • Spamming an unsolicited push notification is unacceptable

Previously, the app was better than nothing. It was worth three dollars a month to have about 50% of spam calls blocked (spoofed numbers seem immune to the app). I chatted with tech-support this morning and asked how to turn off their push notifications while retaining functionality, as I received an unwanted push notification that woke me up on Sunday morning. The push notification had nothing to do with an incoming call. Tech-support’s suggestion was to uninstall the app and reinstall it, lol. Once push notifications are turned off the app is virtually locked. The tech also denied that they generated any push notifications which doesn’t help the situation. Indiscriminately spamming a push notification is unacceptable from a company that you pay to stop spam. You can see by the overall ratings that this app is appreciated by many and I’m glad that so many are happy with it; however, I’m singularly unimpressed. Of course they didn’t have the option to record the chat and send it to your email so if tech-support disagrees with anything I have said I’ve taken screenshots of most of the chat and call-logs and will take the time post them if necessary. Unsolicited spam push notifications from a company you hired to block them – – what a time to be alive.
