  • Great app but needs some fixing...

    I love using this app but almost every time I complete a workout and press “log workout” to end it, it just spins and spins and spins and never logs it! I have to close the app and retry 4-5 times for it to finally log the workout and complete. It does this every time. Also, whenever you press “log set” for the first set of your first workout set it just freezes for 20 seconds every time. It’s great but these changes need to be made, it’s beyond annoying

    The app does a fantastic job of organizing your workouts around your needs and level of experience. MY ONLY ISSUE is that the app gets super buggy quite often. For instance, it won’t accurately record my max lifts for weights week to week, or it won’t let me switch out a certain workout with another even after I’ve selected it, or it can just overload and quit out of the app entirely. They’re small bugs in the system, but the app overall is great and I would highly recommend it to anyone who finds themselves getting stagnant doing the routines day to day.

    I've been using this app for over 6 months now and it's truly amazing! They always bring new content! I've used previous workouts before and this one is by far the best. Love that you can set your goal like bodybuilding or weight loss! Also love the weight suggestions and the information it provides you like your estimated 1RM! This app is all amazing for people that are just starting out! I gained to much muscle and I still am! Definitely worth the subscription! 100% Recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
  • Good app, but needs performance improvement

    I really like the app and the continuous development and additions, but with every release it seems it gets slower and slower to respond when first opening the app. Sometimes it requires an app restart just to get it to respond to touch. The buggy behavior is enough to lose a star. I’m running on iPhone XS Max. Shouldn’t be slow.

    The workouts are very efficient and easy to learn. I like how it shows different workouts in order to see what to target next. However, it starts glitching and it freezes all of the sudden. It’s getting really annoying, please fix it!

    I just want to say thanks. I have been looking for a fitness app to help me get over the hump. I have to goals coming up. The first one is in about 10 weeks. Blood work time. The second is a little ways out. To Leg Press 310 lbs 10 times. To do 10 pull ups. Also to Dumbbell Press 70 lbs 10 times. Thanks again Karl57 going on 58

    It’s a great tool to follow how stressed your muscles are. I mainly use it to log my workouts and for recovery. I just wish they would add spinning to the cardio workouts.
