The automatic workout generator is excellent, the interface is gorgeous, and certain key features like the easy substitution of one exercise for another and the ability to customize recovery percentages are truly brilliant." “Great for Beginners too! Love the Fitbod app, it has helped me so much in my workouts and development. Was stuck for years around 15% body fat and doing the same workout. After using the app for 2-3 months, went to 10% body fat and doing so many different things during the workout. Thank you so much for this app." Strava: Instagram: Twitter: Facebook: Privacy Policy: Terms of Use:

  • Great app!

    By Audyjack
Clean. Easy to use and nice design as well. I recommend to my friends. I am hoping a workout “share” or collaboration is coming for people who workout together.
  • Great app! Got some feedback though

    By Tedman50
It seems like the app likes to work all the same muscles consecutively so far, I mean I’ve only used it twice so far but yesterday was a great workout and today kind of hurt those same muscles so I stopped and jumped to several hours of supersets with a classic physique friend of mine, I’m men’s physique. So yeah fantastic app! Best I’ve seen! But if you’re a professional or close, I would say you’re probably better sticking with what you do.
  • Best $50 On an app Ever spent

I’m clueless when I get to the gym and I cannot afford a trainer, but with this app I don’t need one. I’m seeing amazing results....and so is everyone around me :)
  • Best Fitness App

    By Insta Read
Ive tried most thing, but the design, functionality, UX and aesthetics of Fitbod is probably the best. Thanks for adding the in-app timer too!
  • Great!

The only exercise app I found that allows you to include the equipment you actually have to use. This makes it especially great as you are building your personal gym at home. Like having a personal trainer in your basement!
  • Loved it until the $$ showed up/Udate fantastic customer service

Great workout with variety that I've used for months but all of a sudden nothing works unless it upgrade to took very little time for the developer to contact me and let me know I should have grandfathered in. They are a pleasure to work with and have helped this 60 yr old lifter work smarter
  • Warm Up/ Cool Down

    By TCook1
Only four workouts in so everything seems good. I can control and log from my Apple Watch as long as I don’t lock my phone which of course stinks for battery life. I would love to see an option for a workout warm up and cool down. Some specific workouts have warm ups but not for the total workout. I have to manually add in cardio as a warm up. But not really much of an option to chart a cool down like stretches or some light yoga.
  • Exactly what I’ve been looking for!

    By ben1234565432
Amazing interface, user friendly, and on the cusp of being the best lifting app on the market! If there’s a downside it’s that it doesn’t communicate workout calories burnt with MyFitnessPal and doesn’t graphically show progress. Regardless, the workout plans are well thought out and take a truly scientific and systematic approach towards bodybuilding. Thanks and it’s totally worth the fee! Edit: thanks for the response to my review, I’m looking forward to these updates and I’m seeing gains in my lifts
  • Great for new or returning to the gym

    By Denise748
I used the free trial and now signed up for a monthly. If all continues to be easy to use I will move to yearly. Very easy to set up a workout or use the one they make for you. It is easy to change sets reps and weight. Also if I find a exercise that I do not want to do they offer options oF others ones to replace it with. This gets 5 stars from me!!!
  • Very good app for guiding your workout

    By Kittenz9000
For the most part, this app is really great. It’s pretty intuitive to use, and the percentages of muscle fatigue are a neat addition (these can be adjusted based on your heal time/strength level). My one annoyance is that their workouts don’t initially remember your gym. I fought with “my gym” for quite some time until it finally stopped trying to get me to use a leg press - pretty annoying. But.... when the app works, it really works. My favorite part of this app is that it teaches beginners a whole bunch of different exercises, and flawlessly pairs your workout with Apple Activity. Not sure I’ll re-subscribe when my year is up - this app really feels like a beginner-level tool.
