    I’ve followed some of Kayla’s workout programs in the past and have loved them. This app is so convenient to use - workouts are easy to follow and I love the expansion from just BBG to BBG power, the flexibility plan, and the postpartum plan. The meal plan is great for ideas and the fact that everything syncs to my phone calendar is AWESOME. Worth the monthly cost for use.

    I’ve used this app for a long time, Kayla’s BBG stronger has always worked without any problems. However, Kelsey’s PWR freezes halfway through the workout and doesn’t open at all on my watch. Many other people are having this problem as well. The app needs an update!! *EDIT* the app was “updated” but the PWR still doesn’t work on the watch!! 😩
  • Yoga needs sound!

    This app has a lot of potential, but how could the devs not add sound to the Yoga portion of the routine?? There needs to be a bell, some alert, anything! to let you know when to move on to the next exercise. Otherwise you’re left stopping your stretch/pose and constantly looking at you phone to see if time is up and it’s tome for the next pose. I saw a ton of comments asking for sound within the app. Please add some optional alert!

    Great results. Always challenging. I never get thru the entire workout. I do my best and I still see results. I am doing the Beg BBG workout. Just do your best and see yourself getting stronger and more fit each week.

    I have no idea what happened, but since the last update about every third video demonstration while the others just appear as a white screen below the name of the workout move. I have a brand new phone so I’m not sure what the problem is.

    I started this program because nothing else worked. I needed something I could fit into a busy mom/work/wife schedule and the 30 minute work outs can’t be beat. I finally was able to see improvement without starving myself or drastic dieting. I simply changed to a 90/10 (gotta have a little goodies in there) healthy eating diet, I DID NOT give up carbs, and I’m probably eating more now than I used to, I’m just eating the right things. It took me maybe 2 weeks to see changes, and some weeks I lacked serious motivation, but after about week 7 I started craving that after work out feel. Now, I’m only down about 5 lbs but I am down in inches and feeling strong and healthy. I am almost done with my first 12 week challenge and will do another right after.

    I get so frustrated with this app because if I close out of it I cannot get back in. It won’t let me login with my username and password or with Facebook. If I forget to write down the workout of the day I can’t even do my workout. It’s very annoying and I hope you can fix this issue because I’ve already bought a year of subscriptions.
