This app itself is good however, it is like a cockroach and impossible to get rid of. Enjoy a $5.30 charge for the rest of your life!!!

I was charged $16.94 for this app according to my card and my apple receipt. So mad and I this this is sneaky. Stinks cause my son really likes it.
  • I don’t like this app!!

I hate that if a child wants to get this app that we can’t be cause they have to pay five bucks to even get on it this is ridiculously horrible and I don’t like the fact that this supporter runs the app for money, but it’s not like parents will get the app after they see this.
  • Great until update

My children loved this app until the recently. It now consistently crashes. If it doesn’t crash, the games won’t load. We keep getting a time out error. I tried to submit for help on their website, only to be taken to a “page not found” after typing in all the info. This has been happening for weeks. But you can be sure they still got their money for the subscription! Really disappointed and feeling like I’ve been bamboozled! 😡
  • It just doesn't work.

I've tried to open three games in less than five minutes and neither opened. I've left feedback and I was really hoping they would get back to me but honestly I'm done with it. I tried again before writing this review and clearing the cache. It still didn't open. This app is not worth $5 and it's certainly not worth $5 every month.

  • Unresponsive Tech Support

I recently purchased the family plan online so that my daughters could use the app on their tablets and on my phone, since it is advertised that it can be used on 3 devices. Whenever I attempt to open a game (not the free ones) I’m asked where I purchased my subscription. When I click on “on” I’m prompted to enter my email address and password. Every single time I receive the message “we don’t recognize the email address and/or password” even though I’ve been receiving emails from the company, and my account has been charged for payment! I even tried to change the password and received a password change email to the same account, but yet I am unable to log in on the app. I’ve called the company three times and no one ever picks up. I’ve left a voicemail and sent an email, but the problem still hasn’t been resolved. If I don’t receive a response by the end of the week, I will have to cancel my subscription and demand a refund. I guess that will have to be done in writing since they don’t answer the phone and return calls and emails. I am extremely disappointed with their poor customer service.
