  • Digging the new app

I was upset when the old app quit working and I had to go about a month and a half before the new app popped up. But I have to say that I’m impressed with the new app. Digging it. Aside from that I’ve always liked Experian and have felt the customer service was good the couple times I’ve had to call in.

I’ve used the app for years and loved it! It was very easy and very convenient. Now, there is an upgrade, but I cannot log in to either app. I go through registration steps over and over agin, calling the phone number IS NOT ANY HELP!! GOOD LUCK trying to talk to an actual human being who MIGHT now how to help you. I was just fine with the old app. Please stop revamping things that don’t need to be totally revamped! Hopefully someone will see this and I will be able to use my app again.

Been using experian for years, been paying my subscription, and all of sudden their app that was easy to use just stopped working. I’ve tried several times to get into the new one; however it’s not taking my existing user name, isn’t accepting my registration, and I really don’t appreciate having to get my personal information over and over again online. Not liking it at all, but can’t even get in either!

I am a paying member and have been for years. I was using their Android app the entire time. I switched to iOS and this is all that is available to me. Now, I am apparently not enrolled in the correct program so it cannot do anything for me and wants me to upgrade to something else. No thank you.

Old app suddenly stop working after 5 years of use. They blocked my account and still charge me monthly. I had requested forget password multiple times with all my info, but no solution. I sent email to support teams and no response till now.

Let’s set aside whether or not this app is easy to use (which it is) the service they provide you is amazing. If you are like me and get their card number stolen what seems like a yearly thing, this is a great peace of mind.

This is very difficult. I was so use to the past credit tracker app. I can not login without problems. Keeps sending me back to the new app and rejecting my user is or password. 😖
