  • WHY???

I had an app via FreeCreditReport.com, has since renamed CreditTracker, everything seemed fine up until IOS-12 came out... Now it won’t launch, I tried contacting Experian Customer Service, and it just wants to reset my passwords, and I’ve not received any new emails!

    Could’ve been better...
  • Expensive

    By sensa256
Given that you actually don’t use it on a daily it’s too expensive. I wouldn’t mind $5 a month
  • Doesn’t work

    By Henrique Sales
I downloaded and when I try to sign up my keyboard doesn’t work, so I can’t type inside the app
  • App Glitch

    By DJ Renegade (USA)
The app has a glitch and when I reported it and they acknowledged the glitch the Tier 1 representative I spoke with hung up on me because she claimed she had no way to communicate the glitch to a programmer so I will address it here and hope it gains some traction. I was trying to handle this internally but they wouldn’t so here you go! Credit and Debt Summary Real Estate & Other Debt is displaying a balance when it should have a zero balance. I confirmed with the tier 1 rep that this is the case. Due to a programming glitch it is showing a balance. Instead of hanging up on people you should fix the problem!
  • Cant type anything

So I can't create an account or do anything to evaluate this app. Screen goes to type in many things but nothing can be done.
  • Stopping my monthly money deduction from my bank account.fr

    By Ms.T, aka JenJen
So I signed on for free trial of credit score. It says you can stop payment of monthly deductions for scores at anytime. Well I stoped mine before time for said deduction, but yet my bank account shows a $24.00 deduction. I try to get into Experian only to be bounced out. This is 2nd time going through this problem. I’d like for it to stop deductions from my personal bank account. Thank You sincerely Virginia Taylor
  • Not sure what this app does

By Eh There are worse things to do with a buck
The only thing this app seems to do is keep asking for money. It never showed my accurate FICO score. It kept telling me they didn’t have enough data to give me any of the different fico scores offered. It said it opened a dispute yet I could never find where any resolution was made. As I said the only thing clear was that they wanted to charge me money. Best to just get a free credit report mailed to you.
  • Laughable

Too many companies have paved the way for you... why would you roll out a nice app, with no value? For free, so many other companies provide much more practical, and more valuable content. Don’t pay for Experian data. Get you FICO info for free... with many other apps!
