    This was really helpful for me and my family. It is a great way to think about you and the things you do and to not have as much stress in your day or life. It helps so much that I do like 5 a day. One in the morning at like 7am then one at 8 then 9 and then. 12pm then one at night! I do more on more stressful days but this really helped me, my mom, my 2 sisters and my dad as well. This app can help you to and that is way I think this app should get 5 stars!! No more 10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 stars! I know I am being crazy but I really like it! It can help you to, so get it! I know you do not know me but trust me it is good and it really helps! -Lilly

  • It is, actually a simple habit!

    12/5 I’m taking a star away because for some reason this app never seems to think I’m connected to WiFi. This has resulted in fighting with it every time I want to meditate at home because it says that I’m not connected and it takes forever to download and play the meditation I select. I wasn’t sold on this meditating thing. Seemed like a bunch of hippie dippie crap that sold a bunch of books that no one read. Then I tried this app for a week. I feel so much more resilient to small things that used to annoy me than I did a week ago. I’ve had a lot going on and have been going to bed later, so those things should be annoying me double, but they flat out aren’t. The only explanation I can come up with is the meditation. The most annoying part of this are all the comments wanting all the meditations to be free. Things cost money to make, people that guide meditations need money to eat too. You can listen to the same meditations over and over with the same effect if you can’t afford a subscription which is what I’ve been doing until I get a gift card for Christmas.

    Love that the meditation session are free to use when ever where ever. Some other apps make you pay after you listen for a certain amount of time or you have to pay a subscription fee before listening, so this feature was probably my favorite. Overall, this app is my favorite.

    It’s a little annoying that after every mediation session a survey pops. I don’t need to see it EVERY SINGLE TIME. If that could be fix everything would be perfect.
