  • Stop with the chattering monkeys

    I loved this app until they added rainforest noises complete with chattering monkeys to the Theta Waves meditation. My kids couldn’t even hear the back to school meditation because they added the stupid rainforest noises to everything. This was so could a few months ago and now it’s terrible.

    The topics of meditation throughout Simple Habit are very relevant for this day & age. I find myself thinking, ‘I WANT to open the app & meditate first thing in the morning’ or, if I’m having a bad day, hour, or week, the first thing I do in order to turn my mood around is open up the Simple Habit app and it doesn’t take me long to find a meditation that resonates with my current state of mind. I recommend this app to anyone and everyone. Also, I should note that I originally used Headspace because my therapist suggested it, but when I stumbled upon Simple Habit, there was no going back! I never write reviews sooo just know that and believe me when I say this app ACTUALLY helps!
  • Great mediation but can’t change user settings yourself

    I really do love the variety of meditation. And I definitely prefer some of teachers much better than others. The ones I like are amazing and the mediation practices on this app have helped me sleep better and control my anxiety. However, it is not user friendly if you want to change any account information. You can’t do it and have to email the company to do it. On my own I am unable to change email, password, or even remove my picture which automatically uploaded when I logged in via Facebook by myself, which is a huge pain to me

    Love!! This app helps me get to sleep every night since February, and coming from someone who’s struggled with sleeping from the ripe age of 6, that’s saying something! The only catch is that there are some restricted meditation if you aren’t a member, but there are plenty of free meditations to choose from. I recommend doing the Simple Habit Starter first!!

    I love love yoga and I’ve attempted meditation classes in my area before but I never can really get enough out of it when more people are involved. I checked out this app and it’s the best meditation app I’ve ever seen or used (though I’ve only used a couple in the past 8 years). I recommend this app to all of my friends and my fiancé loves to meditate with me too!

    I love this app. I don't like how they try and hook you in to paying the membership fee monthly or annually in order to unlock the really good, advanced stuff and when I downloaded the app it said that all the meditations were %100 free! I knew it would be too good to be true 😕

    It doesn’t give you enough time to even decide whether or not you like the app before it doesn’t let you use anymore sessions unless you pay. It would be nice to have a little more time on the free trial. If I would have had time to try it more for free, I might have actually bought it. Geeze.

    I Came across this by accident and thought that it would be just like every other meditation app but I was wrong. I love it! It’s very calming and the voices aren’t harsh and can blend in with my thoughts. I hate that more sessions aren’t free because I know they would be beneficial.
