  • Doesn’t cover all major tournaments

I was looking forward to watching Wimbledon but there’s no live play.
  • Not worth it!!

    By Forrestlin2013
No live streaming of many ATP matches, including French open and Wimbledon Open. For those who expect to see live games, this is not a good option.
  • If you’re a Tennis fan . . .

    By Endpin5102
. . . this is the Gold Standard. A great variety of matches, excellent commentators, GREAT camera work, terrific HD picture quality, the ability to pause the live stream, watch entire matches even weeks later and best of all, No Commercials! I wish the Grand Slams were possible and would love to see the WTA return, but still, great bang for the buck.

Such a great app. No commercials at all!!! Awesome highlights and replays. Exactly what I have been looking for for ages.
  • False event advertising

Just had to cancel my subscription—they do not LIVE STREAM French Open, although when you open the app and download it AFTER purchasing a subscription, that’s exactly what you see first-the clay court of French open. Then it turns out that there would be NO LIVE STREAMING AT ALL for the next 10 days! What a waste of money!
  • I need my money back right now.

There are RG matches and this garbage website says there’s NO LIVE MATCH at the moment. I just signed up please give me my money back right now.
  • Weak App/Poor Value for Price

    By A+ Reviewer
No major tournaments are included: not Australian, not the (RG) French Open, not the Wimbledon and not the U.S. Open. I just found that out as I tuned into the French Open that it’s not covered. It was in the “fine print” ATP says. Live streaming service is patchy at best. When you live stream it doesn’t actually work and frequently it freezes and then all of a sudden you’re either back to the start of the match or at fast forward somewhere else. Works best on Apple TV or Iphone. Tons of replay to watch which is good, but then I just was trying to stream the Bryan brothers from round from R2 of Rome and it sat there hanging out buffering for half an hour and I’ve got 100 MB per second broadband Internet. I don’t think these guys have enough server power to get it back here to the states. It works on Apple TV though. It always pings you that there’s a match you could watch live or recently completed. However, when you are watching it on your computer or on your phone, or on Apple TV, it makes you login again frequently which is ridiculous. It’s especially hard to login with an Apple remote, letter by letter. This is an overpriced service that is a poor value. For what they provide it should cost about half or a third of what it actually does. Also, all your money is processed in England (so possible foreign transaction fees apply). I have a card without one. This service apparently is run by a bunch of Brits. The commentary is all british too. In-game stats are excellent despite the heavy Brit influence. So the customer service is of course prompt and thorough, but a little curt, inflexible, not accommodating with credits for their poor quality when it happens. Keep in mind they are several hours ahead and are not always available. They get back quickly when it is daylight over there. They don’t issue credits om your accounts for downtime in the app, downtime and poor streaming, lack of clarity for what is covered or their lack of coverage for French Open (like 10 or 12 days out of this month no new content for the service), but yet you’re paying a monthly service. And I foolishly paid a year in advance. I find this shocking. Also a negative, the ATP App refers you to their ATP tennis TV radio during this time when they have coverage of nothing and that doesn’t work either. Not a professional caliber streaming service. It can work fine on Apple TV, as long as it’s not a major event that they don’t carry. Works not-so-well on a laptop on Edge or Chrome. In game stats are good, but this is overpriced for what they deliver, a weak series of lesser matches.
  • The app is ok, but subscription no

As you cannot watch Grand Slam events through the app and still pay subscription fee, why do you need it at all? Disappointing.
  • Excellent App

There are no commercials and the announcers are FAR superior to either ESPN or the Tennis Channel. Fun to hear commentators who help keep you in the match instead of talking endless history, war stories, or opine when they never played professionally. (Read other reviews and recommend watching on SD. I cannot tell the difference on my iPad.)
