This is such a great app. Classic movie buffs will find every film genre represented here to satisfy all kinds of tastes. The app on the  TV is beautifully laid out with interesting categories to explore. I could spend days just going through the generous abundance of content. My favorite section is TCM Select, a sampling of some of Hollywood’s greats. The app is constantly updated. I only wish I had more time on my hands to really take advantage of all the offerings. A+

You can’t expect me to pay for an app that can’t even let you paste a password. Poor, poor development.
  • Great library, but one suggestion

Terrific library like I said, it’s really such a pleasure to have access to films and directors I used to only read about. I have one main suggestions. While a broader case for diversity could be made for the Filmstruck library, there is a distinct absence of black and African films. Even universally heralded auteurs like Spike Lee, Charles Burnett, and Julie Dash aren’t available. I’d like such films to be a greater priority moving forward. Also, the white lettering of the full description for a movie is impossible to read.

Watching without speaking was good. The emotion was powerful. It was similar to the execution during the end of WWII of Dietrich Bonhoeffer, which was being in the ‘modern’ times. It is also a vision of the soul of bravery needed to done. Thanks.

After a dozen viewings over the last 50 years, the film never fails to move me and bring tears to my eyes. A Milestone Masterpiece.

The AppleTV app is almost unusable because it takes about five seconds to swipe between items.
