The app does sync your Fitbit information to Apple Health, but what it doesn’t tell you is the extra steps needed to make sure that the Apple Health app reads the information from your FitBit and not your phone. Additionally, it says in the description that the information will sink automatically throughout the day after the first manual sync, but I have had to do it manually every time. I’m almost positive there’s a free app that also makes you do it manually. I payed for this app under the assumption that it would sync automatically, so I’ll be trying to get a refund for this and downloading the free one.

have had this app for nearly a year and it does not sync on its own. it only works if you remember to open the app, hit sync, it opens fitbit, then you need to switch back to the app for it to actually sync. hardly what they advertise!

I downloaded the bundle pack so my apps would sync back and forth and all it did was break both my Fitbit and my Apple Health app. Both have stopped syncing steps all together! I’m so angry!! I’m now going back and forth trying to figure out how to un-fubar my accounts thanks to these apps! 🤬

It works for a few days then it stops working, three different trackers all with different data, not sure which is accurate. Apple Watch counting the steps that are supposed to be transferred into the Fitbit app and health app and they all show different numbers at the end of the day.
  • Heart Rate

I got this to measure my average heart rate, since the Fitbit app only measures resting heart rate. But, it won’t even do that. It says my heart rate was 72 every hour of the day... it goes up to like 120 and I know it! Can’t believe I paid $4.99 for this.

Worked for a while. As long as you only sync the Fitbit info to your health app their are little problems, but today the app decided it will no longer sync. Uninstall reinstall/ log in and log out. No luck. Wasted time and I think I may have even spent money on this one. By the way, I can't even use the other app that came with it because when you import data to the Fitbit app it malfunctions the step counter on my wrist band. At least it did the first time I tried and I just never did that again after I fixed the step counter.
