  • Error: Unable to access Fitbit account

By hope u have better success
6 or 7 attempts to get this to access my Fitbit account produced nothing but frustration. According to the app I had successfully logged into the FitBit account, but sync continually failed. Update tp previous review: Issue was partly due to browser security settings on my device. App is syncing as advertised!

Just flat out works and has for two years. Never an issue. I gave four stars because it is a manual sync which is fine for my needs.
  • Fitbit sleep to Apple health works great!

Once I got an Apple Watch I only used Fitbit to track my sleep, but the two never communicated until I found this app. Works great! Have to manually sync the info, but it just takes a couple seconds. Love it :)
  • Does what it says it does

The developers fixed a problem preventing sync with Fitbit. The app does what it says it does and I can get my weight from my Aria scale onto my Apple Health app now
  • Works but annoying and manual

The app works but it’s all manual. You have to remember to sync or else it won’t do anything for you. Also, every single time you sync it will nag you asking you for a review. I’m really upset about this considering it’s as annoying as an ad. Is the developer so desperate for reviews that there is no functionality to remove this “feature”? Either way, those are the two serious faults in the app that ruin the user experience and make it feel like you’re using shareware of the 1990s rather than an app you’ve actually paid for.
  • Useless - UPDATED

Don’t waste your money. I can’t get it to log into my Fitbit account. Keep getting an internal server errors page. Emailed support days ago. No response. I’ll be requesting a refund but don’t expect an answer there either. 8/1 update - the app released a new version which fixed the issue. I was able to get everything synced. Honestly, I would probably say skip this and just do it manually. Takes about the same amount of effort. Seems to work fine for now.

Wow I upgraded (paid) to this App for my Apple and Fitbit watches and when I opened it, “Sorry it’s not you, it’s us”!!!! The app doesn’t work!!!! When are you going to fix this?
  • Only works once

This app only syncs once and then you get “Could not get Fitbit profile” and have to log in again.
  • Waste of money

This app didn’t work for me and when I contacted support, they never got back to me. What a waste of $5. Sync Solver did the job in seconds!
