  • Does the job

Really good app does what it says just takes a while to see text messages and won’t let you look at their call log but everything else works fine
  • Billed In Full?!!!!

    By Kamikazegene
I was under the impression that the fee was billed monthly that you They billed us for the full year. $139.99! Went to cancel subscription, which only cancels it from renewing next year, so now I’m stuck with this lame app and out $139.99.
  • Terrible

    By Susjankp
Terrible! I’ve downloaded it twice , hoping the second time I would have better luck! Nope! Don’t waste your money...the set up takes way to long and is too complex! Had to give it one star...doesn’t deserve ANY
  • SCAM

This app is a scam. DO NOT USE. It is functioning but they WILL NOT cancel the subscription when you want out. I am still being charged and I have spoken to the development who say they will stop charging my account. This app has cost me DONT LET THEM GET YOU TOO!
  • After hours of trying...

    By Sayrah27
I still couldn’t get it to work. I made up multiple apple IDs and passwords and emails and in the end the app still wouldn’t work. I figured if it was this hard to get it to download, it would be a nightmare to use. Deleted.
  • Worse set up

    By hashtaghousewives
The set up process alone was not worth the promised material provided. You do get some of what you read from the app keeping in mind turning off two way authenticator and keeping in mind the set up process feels never ending. Even then..the downloads are all over the place and not always downloaded. Too messy.
  • Run!!! Lost all Apps, Can’t FaceTime

By Time to Find New App
I have been a HUGE supporter of Safer Kid and have told all my mom friends how happy I was with this App. But no longer. After disabling my child’s app, she has earned them back but Safer Kid is not working properly leaving my child app less. There are several times I have needed to FaceTime my daughter to ensure her safety and also to instruct her where to go but I can’t because FaceTime has been disabled. Sadly disappointed. I would have a change of heart if their customer service would respond and rectify the situation. But their lack of care is insult to injury!
  • Good idea.. too inconsistent

    By Texan ftball fan
Application is very complicated to setup. Does not seem to work on a consistent basis. Paid extra for iCloud backup, setup phone got initial download but then nothing. Setup again three times.. nothing. Tech support has no phone support at all. Just an email address.
  • I can't access my apps

    By Qveen_Slayyyy
I am not a happy right now! I clicked on something and now I can't access any of the apps I downloaded. How do I get my apps back? The icons aren't even showing on my phone anymore.
  • Horrible

    By Fix Dream Zoo
This app is horrible. The installation process is not user friendly. Increasingly challenged with constant time outs. Took nearly a week before I gave up and decided to delete, however that was after the 7 day free trial was over and I had to pay $14.99 for something I can’t even use. Now I can’t even cancel my account because the subscription is not visible so now I’m praying to the app gods that this cheat of a company doesn’t steal another $14.99 from me in a month.
