About AutoSleep ----------------- Using Advanced Heuristics AutoSleep works out how long you've slept so you don't have to. If you DO wear your Watch to bed, you don't need to do a single thing. AutoSleep will track your sleep & quality and send you a notification in the morning once you unlock your iPhone. Even if you don't wear your Watch to bed, AutoSleep can track your time in bed. It's extremely simple. If you DON'T wear your Watch to bed, then simply put your Watch on charge just before you go to sleep. As soon as you touch your iPhone or put your Watch back on in the morning then AutoSleep will know that you have finished sleeping. A handy Today Widget lets you see how your own "batteries" are charged for last night and the previous seven days. A second (entirely optional) widget lets you also track the time you have taken to fall asleep. As everyone is a little bit different. AutoSleep provides a simple setup wizard and an option to tweak if you are a very restless sleeper. If you wear your Apple Watch to bed*, AutoSleep will also analyse your sleep quality. By using time asleep, restlessness, time awake and heart rate it can score the quality of your sleep and provide you with a comprehensive nightly analysis. *Note. If you do not wear your Watch to bed, AutoSleep simply captures the amount of time sleeping. AutoSleep also works with HeartWatch our premier heart & activity monitoring app and writes your Sleep information to Apple Health. *Requires Apple Watch running Watch OS 3.2 or higher.     I had good 3 Days with app then didn’t wear my watch for couple days and now it will not work. I have tried all the recommended fixes. Still not working!

    AutoSleep is extremely easy to use. It has given me insight into my sleeping habits. I may be dreaming, but I believe that it has actually promoted better sleeping habits in the course of my first month using it. It definitely has given me goals to shoot for. As a result I’m going to bed a bit earlier in an effort to get 7 hours sleep (in my case, I don’t view 8 hours as achievable - I’m 78 and for many years 5-6 hours sleep was my norm). I’m getting closer. I think AutoSleep has been a key.

  • Okay app terrible interface, not as good as Fitbit

    The tracking doesn’t work that well for me, especially when I compare it to how Fitbit tracked sleep, even after making adjustments in the app. The complication on the Apple Watch doesn’t always update and often just shows ? even after opening the app on the phone and watch. The app seems to have a lot of great reviews, so give it a try and hopefully it will work better for you.
  • Great App for Athletes Tracking Heart Rate and Sleep

    This is a wonderful app for athletes or health advocates who wish to track heart and sleep patterns. I in particular monitor my heart as I’m a track athlete and making sure my average BPM isn’t too high or too low is very important to making sure I’m not pushing my body more than it can handle. I highly recommend this app along with HeartWatch if you have similar desires as I.
