    I pay $10’a month. The app was great till 2 months ago. Have not had access to royalty free videos. Sent countless emails with no response. Trying to cancel subscription and doesn’t let you.

    App works well for a day then crashes constantly for 6 days straight. I have clients that that love the product, but I’m unable to make any updates because of the constant crashes.

    No content available under most of the categories. Just the same few videos over and over again. The watermark is annoying. Even tried to purchase the app and that didn’t work. Thought purchasing it might give access to more content...

    One of the most useful tool in this app was the stock videos but for 2 weeks there’s nothing on the gallery so... this app is not working anymore.

    I do not understand what is going on with your service, I paid the PRO membership and I can’t see any options of photos or videos. I thought you had a glitch so I wait a week but this problem is still going on. I sent messages to your support team and nothing. This is the worst customer service I ever experienced. Please fix your problem or give me my money back.

    I have a monthly subscription for $9.99 and now that I want to view/use video content nothing comes out only like one video. For example at first it was alright I would do a promotional video and search for food and had a lot of selections, now I don’t. And I even checked if I was subscribed just to see if that was the problem but no.

    Update: Long story short I canceled my subscription but then decided to give it another try. Updated this weekend and now it won’t work at all! Sooooo disappointing! Bye, bye...this time for sure! ******************* I would give 5 stars if it would stop crashing on me almost every.single.time.I.use.it!! The very few times it hasn’t crashed I have made some amazing videos for my small business. I have super fast WiFi connection, using IPhoneX so the problem is internal to the app. I’m even paying the monthly fee to remove the watermarks. Please fix it or sadly will have to stop membership.
