  • Doesn’t work

App won’t connect to server no matter what I try. Just doesn’t work.
  • No mention of monthly cost

    By Naynay4jc
There is no mention of a $10 monthly cost until you download it. 🤦🏻‍♀️
  • Super Spotty Service

    By Sfeldmar
While I love the concept and that it actually works when the app is functional, it doesn’t work at all 50-90% of the time. It’s the VPN that I think is the problem. At any given time, when I wake up my phone and attempt to do something with it, the VPN won’t connect. That means everything on my phone stops working because suddenly there’s no connection. It’s the most maddening and frustrating thing ever. I had the $4.99 version for a while, but cancelled it because I deactivated my Facebook account. Now I’m back on FB, this service has become $5 more expensive, and it no longer works with any kind of consistency. Sigh. Disappointing to say the least. Absolutely going to cancel free trial and not pay a penny. Don’t bother with this. Please.
  • VPN slows my connection too much

    By CrushinD
I can't really use the app because having the VPN on slows my connection so much I can't use my social media at all, or any other app that required internet.
  • You need to subscribe to even see if it works

This is a 7 day trial. 6 actually, since you must cancel a day before it ends. I'm fine with that,if I get to use it first then decide if I like it. But you can't try the app until you commit to a $10/monthly subscription. In my case, the app never would open on my iPad. It's not super obvious how to cancel a subscription, so it took some time to get rid of this. Get one that won't charge up front to see it.
  • Free app bait and switch

    By Skipjohnston
$10 a month seems a little steep for a basic function.
  • Data is inaccurate

    By CapriciousC
I had high hopes for this app but the tracking data was completely inaccurate. It told me I spent 20 minutes on Pinterest when I hadn’t used it at all, and it told me I had spent time on social media apps that I don’t even have installed. I kept getting alerts that I’d spent too much time on my phone when all I had done was check my work email.
  • Inaccurate app tracking

    By DentalDood
I love the concept of this app. However, I have noticed that it says I have spent a good amount of time on apps that I have not even opened! The app (Pinterest in this case) is not open in the background either, so I’m not sure why it says that I am using it.
  • Like the idea

    By AzigenaAG
This is a needed app. It is good someone thought of it. I have been wanting something like this for my son's ipad. I downloaded it for me on my phone (not sure if it is for ipad yet or not) to try it out. Can't figure it out tho. Probably its just me.
  • Doesn’t track correctly

Set daily limit to 5 min for instagram. Was on instagram for more than 15 before the timer showed 0 and didn’t even receive a notification
