    I love the app and the recipes. The food is delicious. The ability to get the recipes for me and my husband with the splits is great. I wish there were more recipes that weren't so meat and dairy based. The vegetarian recipes are good. I would love to be able to easily plug in other food I eat if I vary from the plan.

    Is a good app I recommend it. But I cancel 3 months ago and they keep charging me $5.99 a month. They have over charged me 3 months already.

    Disclaimer: have used this app for 2 weeks. Pros: - amazing to be able to outsource meal planning, the meals have all been reliably healthy and delicious, as well as fun to prep - The grocery list function is a real time saver, allowing you to select groceries and do online curbside delivery in advance. Areas for improvement: - plan on tweaking the amounts, especially if prepping for a partner as well. The app essentially just increases each recipe by whatever your partner's caloric needs are which isn't always practical. - It would be helpful to have an option to display fruits and vegetables as whole or half items in the recipes (like on the grocery list) in order to make prepping easier, plan on using a kitchen scale. - it would be helpful to be able to separate the grocery list by meal, for example I may go shopping on Sunday afternoon and want lunch and breakfast on the previous week's list. All in all I definitely recommend the app - give the trial a go to see if the level of structure is something you will use/worth the monthly fee to you.

    I don’t usually write reviews but this app deserves it. Using this app I have lost 20 pounds. It does all the work for you. You do have to weigh things out, which takes some time, but it’s worth it. I just hope they stick around FOREVER!

    -Liked the idea of adding a partner to the meal prep but found that I was unable to track my partners individual goals along with mine at the same time. I felt like my partners goals kind of got lost in the app. I wish there was a way to do a split screen between me and my partners individual macros/calories and meals. -Did not know how to portion size each of my meals for each day between my partner and I for the seven days to come ahead since I was only trying to meal prep on one day. -Instead of linking this app to the Apple health app which I never use because I don’t know how and don’t like the app, I think FitMenCook should link up to MyFitnessPal which most people I believe are more familiar with and people can also add other items not found on the FitMenCook app. -I liked the water feature and how it offered different tips but I don’t think everyone wants to measure their water intake by .25 liter intervals. Instead the app should let us decide what our goal is and how we want to measure our goal (ex. Ounces, liters, etc.). I would have probably noted in the app that I drink out of a 32 ounce water bottle and every time I finish my 32 ounce water bottle, I would just note that I finished 32 ounces ( 1 whole bottle) of my 128 ounce goal and I just need 96 more ounces to go (3 more bottles). -This app needs some work with allowing us to switch the meal from one day (shown with the one day ingredients) instead of just showing us the all the ingredients combined for a full week because I mentioned I was only meal prepping on one day. I still want to be able to see the ingredients for one single day and I also want to be able to see what the amount of ingredients would be for my partner vs. myself on that single day. The app also should allow us to see or try different conversions to make it easier on us. -Also heard the app was missing recipes which I did not like considering we are paying a monthly subscription to have all access and we don’t. - I wanted to like this app and thinks it has a lot of great potential but until all these things get fixed I will not be subscribing and will just stick to the good old fashioned MyFitnessPal.

    I never review, but this app is the best. They lay everything out so easy the meals are easy and so good. I have lost 25 pounds. This is the app you are looking for on a diet ❤️❤️❤️

    Seems like a very Powerful and amazing app. It is limited on meal options, which is why I’m not subscribing to it. I need a low carb low sugar meal plan and unfortunately this does not have one.

    To start: The app creates a menu for you & if you don’t like what it chooses, you can swap out individual meals for something different; it offers suggestions to swap out with. You can also add your own recipes as well. It also has a shopping list. All you do is push a button on the recipe you’ve chosen & it adds the ingredients to the shopping list. You can cross off items you don’t need & cross things off your list while you shop. All the ingredients on the list are listed in the sections you find them in the store. ie: produce, frozen, spices, etc. The recipes only take 10 to 15mins to make, & the ones I chose, were sooooo delicious that I’m completely sold on this app!! I’m a horrible binge eater & I’m horrible about planning meals & snacks on my own. I have a feeling this is my key to weight loss success! Had to share this find for anyone else interested in meal prep & needs help with their portion control. The only downside to this app, for me, is that it measures by ounces instead of teaspoons, tablespoons, & cups, so I have to look up the conversions every time bc I don’t want to weigh things. So far, that is the only thing I don’t like about the app... They’ve really thought of everything - they even have step by step instructions to scroll through as you make the recipe... Sorry such a long post, but I’m blown away by this app!! 😊

    On free trial week still, so far so good! 2/3 recipes weren’t super difficult to make.. I am under the plant based plan and hope to see more options added as the app progresses. The ratatouille was a bit difficult to make, requiring a very big pot to make enough for the week for 2 people. The app did not specify what color bell peppers, and didn’t use quantity in the recipes. I don’t know how many bell peppers 6 oz is! Overall recipes are very tasty. First week was formulated for all tofu... which resulted in 18 lbs of tofu being bought and consumed ! Next week I’ve hand picked the recipes more thoroughly than this.

    I really like the recipes and the easy of swapping and adding my own recipes. I would love to be able to chart weight loss and anything else I eat here so it is all in one.
