    I’m %75 through the program. I’ve followed it to a T. I see minimal results. The exercises don’t challenge you at all. I doubled each of them just to feel like I was doing an actual workout. Other than this app I don’t really work out so it’s not like I’m super strong or anything. Better than nothing I guess.
