    The workouts are perfect. I adore that they teach you how to do the workout if you don’t understand. They get your muscles toned up and it’s an awesome tracker of the days you’ve done the workout and telling you if your muscles need to rest and no need to buy the work outs you can do them for free during the app. I suggest this for everyone x
