    The workouts are perfect. I adore that they teach you how to do the workout if you donโ€™t understand. They get your muscles toned up and itโ€™s an awesome tracker of the days youโ€™ve done the workout and telling you if your muscles need to rest and no need to buy the work outs you can do them for free during the app. I suggest this for everyone x

    This app is exactly what I was looking for, something simple and effective. I needed a coach but didn't want to follow a video, so the easy to understand animation and voice instructions are perfect. I also really likes the reminders to breath and how to properly execute stretches and exercises.
