    I’ve done it only once, but it is great. Legs were sweating a little. Upper body not yet. The more I do it prob the more I will sweat. Looking forward to the advanced in a month or so. Our some earbuds in, find the music the drives you to work Hard. I’ve done other once’s but this once was great. Try beginners and work your way up. How hard of ABS do you want.

    I love this app. I really do. I feel like my body is making a difference. I do have a minor suggestion. When will this app become available for the Apple Watch? And love how you guys incorporated the yoga basic stretches. Can their be option where you can add new exercises to set of work out. Like for instance with the core exercise I would love to add hollow body rocks and hollow body to my set.
