  • Not getting anywhere

I have been trying for the past week to submit my information into the system and keep getting an error message that support can’t seem to resolve.
  • Bad to worse

I have to login twice every time I wanna go to this app? What happened to face recognition? Fix it or I don’t even want this.
  • Amazon Flex for iPhone is a FAIL!

    By Nardsbaby2
My Husby uses his Samsung and it works perfectly! He scans packages, flips through to find good blocks and I just couldn’t wait to get my OWN Amazon Flex account so on days when he wasn’t able, I could. Well to start, my app signs me out CONSTANTLY! Some times I’m able to sign in with my finger, most times I am not! I’m asked constantly to take my photo, like I’m resigning up to deliver for Amazon Flex. Scanning packages is an absolute NIGHTMARE both in and out of the warehouse! The ONLY saving grace is outside the warehouse you can manually enter the number on the phone. On Sunday 10/19 I was out at 5 A.M. and at the very first delivery my app would not allow me to register that I’d arrived at my location. I had to sit in the dark, in an unfamiliar area and call for support. Support said he didn’t even have me as having my deliveries and had to release me via his computer. The 1st order had 7 packages, but it ONLY showed 4. After finally being able to get to my second location, it tried to send me back to the first location. I had to call support four different times. Each time the rep basically said to do the same thing, and made it seem like it’s no big deal, but you’re dependent on the app for the addresses, and to release the deliveries and get to the next. Because of the issues with the app I was late for my last two deliveries. I am still having issues with the app. Making it very difficult to sign in and not making me comfortable with using the app in the event that I will be put in a situation where my safety is compromised.
  • Frustrated Delivery Partner

The app won’t work for me at all! I installed it after the update and it wouldn’t work at all. I was directed to completely erase my phone, which took a long time. It was one of the first apps to install. It opened and worked but once I closed it, it wouldn’t reopen. I erased the phone again and it worked again and I left it open to wait for blocks. Closed and never opened again. I spoke with the Fkex support dept on the phone and was told the app needs to be updated to match iOS 13 and until that’s five I can’t access it. I just want to work! :(
  • Why is it SO bad?

    By jgabl
I have never felt the need to give an app 2 stars. I heard drivers complain about the app a lot, but I never had issues that were TOO bad on my Android. It wasn’t perfect by far, but I understood that it was in its early phases. Once I switched to an iPhone (X), I considered giving up on this gig! It’s frequently signing me out, I have to manually update my location often, sometimes it just goes to the loading screen for no apparent reason and stays there, and scanning with this phone takes FOREVER - this is on top of the issues that both apps have such as whack navigation, a terrible map, and major QoL features that it’s impossible no one could’ve thought of. Using this app on an iPhone really makes this job difficult and my last route took over half hour longer as a result. Why is this so bad!?
  • FaceID and push notifications needs improvement

    By MikeZpassion
The app works however every other time I have to sign in using my email and password. FaceID isn’t always an option when signing in. Also push notification when blocks are available isn’t as great so it’s easy to miss available blocks to pick up. Wish there was a fix for all of this. I would like an option to remain signed and receive push notification more often of available blocks to pick up.
  • This app will lie on you (Super glitchy)

    By cousin_itbitch
I dropped off two packages yesterday. Scanned both of them. Handed one to the customer and dropped the other on the front porch for the other customer(took the picture). I have a block right now and it shows that I attempted to deliver the two packages yesterday. I called support and they said the packages show as missing. How is the app saying it comes up as missing or attempted when I scanned them both and to my convenience they were the last two then my shift ended so it was easy to remember that, the app asked me the questions it always asks after you finish your block. So I call support just now and they can’t even call the customer to confirm that they received their packages? Now I gotta wait for that automated email to tell me I did something wrong and that’s final on their end. P.s it said I picked the two packages up at 5:13pm at the station(milford,MA) and attempted to drop them off at 5:13pm (warren,RI) lol. So I drove an hour away from the station and dropped two packages off, all that in less than a minute.

    Crashes like crazy
  • Frustrated Flex Partner

I would have to echo the exact same sentiments that the other frustrated driver left. The new app is horrible and dangerous! The map will completely log out in the middle of providing directions! I have literally had to stop in the middle of the street and/or highway to login again - having to enter my email, password, and mark that I am available now, which is time consuming and EXTREMELY DANGEROUS, when I’m stopped in the middle of the road. As the other driver stated, we would like to be able to flip the routes so that we have the furthest stop first and the closest stop last. I live in Houston, Texas and I’ve been as far away as an hour or more from home by the time I get to my last stop. Whereas if I flipped the route, I would’ve been closer to home. I’ve also been assigned routes where the last stop is almost TWO hours away!!!! How does this make sense? Why is it okay to assign drivers routes that are spread out so far? We shouldn’t be putting over 100 miles on our vehicles during ONE block. I have an iPhone XR and like the other frustrated flex partner stated - something has got to be fixed. We never had these issues in prior versions. What is Amazon doing to make sure that driver safety is top priority?
