  • Battery gets extremely hot

    By Markp17
Battery gets extremely hot when using only this app, not great in fact rather worrying . Don’t want a lithium battery fire in my hands because of your terrible app ! Wow that would be huge lawsuit Zero stars
  • Great info; too slow and unstable

    By Mitch910
I love the info I get and really want to be able to use this app. But, it takes about 5 seconds after each tap for the requested screen to show. And, then it crashes about every 3 minutes if use.
  • Laggy, slow & not really free :/

    By CurtOak
Gave this a try for two weeks & deleting it. Laggy & slow app response, not many news sources even for big company stocks. Reached limit of how many articles one can read, keeps asking to buy a subscription. Stick with using your brokerage app or Yahoo finance app. I'll come back if app runs smoothly & not have such a low limit to read articles per month.
  • Overheats

Makes phone so hot can’t stay in my pocket. Can’t imagine it’s good for the phone either.
  • Monetizing

    By spex09
I’ve been reading Bloomberg since I was a young man, 10 years old. this is not acceptable me downloading your app and you giving me a set number of articles to read and than I HAVE to buy a subscription or just simple wait until the next month to get 8 “free” articles then I guess I’ll continue to read your articles in other news sites I truly enjoy and love this app until I was given a set number free articles to read it.
  • clickbait type content

    By gotGUNSdoTRAVEL
I admit I came for the “name” and gave it credibility based on that alone, looking for news that might help some market decisions. Overtime I began to see repetitive and biased content that sometimes reverses itself inside of its own content. Not uncommon for two articles to be release within hours of each other, that are polar opposite of one another. This is not news, this is tabloid entertainment (at best).
  • Too much advertising

    By goodideabadexwcution
I’ve listened to this app for years. It used to be great. But they’ve sought to over-monetize it. This morning when I logged in, I heard 8 commercials in a row, but no news. The mix of advertising to programming is close to 50%. It’s no longer a good use of my time. It’s such a disappointment.
  • Requiring subscription

    By Loki00001
This app is now telling me I have exceeded my free articles and need to purchase a subscription to read what is given out for free on their website. Its a shame- this used to be my go to news source but this app isnt worth paying for a subscription to use- especially the STRAIGHT UP CRAZY FEE they want per month. Bloomberg wants to charge monthly more than my gym, more than I pay for any other subscription. I cant believe anyone would actually pay $35 a month for a news site (or any site honestly).
  • Old app providing more content

    By D2nbrown
Design is better, but less free content and you can mistakenly click articles. That part is super annoying because it counts against your articles read for the month.
  • Used to be awesome

    By Nicknametakenhastorewritethereview
Update First they put the pay gate now the app is super janky and just a pain to use. Whoever is managing the app side of things is doing a crappy job —————— But the latest update is very bad. Need not updated properly, added useless features and now they limit the number of FREE articles available and pushing you to subscribe. Like New York Times I just stop reading them. Maybe it’s time to move on from Bloomberg as well. Used to be great and I’d recommend it to everybody but not anymore.
