    I love this app for being simple and easy to use for tracking. Library of foods is really good and largest and most accurate I have used. Tech support is awesome too. She helped me resolve my problem very quickly and timely. Only True two cons I have is support for Iwatch (Apple Heath App) does not sync in real time. Normally I have to wait until next day when I log a new day of activity to see yesterday. The other is menus can be little confusing at times but with each update they are getting better! I have lost 107 pounds with this app as my main tool for accountability. Thanks Lose-it team!

    was working fine.. i was tracking and everything then it stop letting me get on soon as i click on it it turns black. i’m up to date on all my updates so i’m not understanding what’s wrong. i NEED this app to help me and i feel if it’s down to long i’ll just gain 😩

    I’ve been using this app for years. When I use it, I make better choices and lose weight. When I don’t use it, I gain weight. I like that the interface has lots of colors and they have icons for food items. And the certification checks are very helpful. I like that it syncs with Health App features such as pedometer and body measurements.

    To be totally honest I have always hated anything to do with counting calories as a way to lose weight because of how complicated it is to keep track and to how exactly how many calories in each food much less an entire meal. This app has changed my mind completely. It is so easy and fun to use . I totally love the barcode scanner which makes it super easy to use and you can even put in your own recipes add the foods you are using and it gives you a calorie count you can even take pictures. This has helped me keep track of all the foods I’m consuming and make better choices. I recommend this app to everyone trying to lose weight and even maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle. I will continue to use it because to me it’s fun and I take it as a personal challenge to stay within my daily calories. Very simple, easy to navigate, and makes losing weight FUN.
