    Seems I am always running around and very busy, (in fact I forced myself to take a minute to write my review)... I enjoy this useful app because it only takes a second to log what I eat (while I’m eating to save time, of course!). It definitely keeps me on track. Estimating what I ate obviously didn’t work. I am happy to finally get my eating habits under control. Very eye opening!

    The lose it App really works. My husband (who hates apps) lost 50 lbs and kept it off for three years thanks to lose it. I lost 15. I tend to get off track sometimes but when I do - getting back to lose it helps me to get back to where I should be. Try it - you have nothing to lose - except extra “you”

    As an iPhone X user I loved that your app supported the new screen on my phone but I always wished I could use Face ID instead of entering my pin. Thank you so much for adding this feature!

    For a FREE app, it is great. It has a pretty good food database and it has allowed me to refocus on my goals. There are some minor issues which I don't mind which is the portion sizes, sometimes onces could be more useful than cups, but if you remember that a cup=8oz everything kind of falls into place. Upgrade for the premium version, worth the money. Overall, a great tool for losing weight and focusing on what you need to do.
  • You can’t change the calories burned in your exercise

    Unlike My Fitness Pal, you cannot change the calories burned on an exercise. That means if you did Pilates one day and burned 159 calories but then did it another day and burned 165, you have to make a whole new exercise to record it since it won’t let you adjust calories. Also, does not let you search a restaurant near you.
