    I just switched to this app and I like it, but wish I didn’t have to go hunting for the carbs for every meal. I am logging carbs as a diabetic and wish I didn’t have to click thru on every part of a meal to see the carb count and then add by hand.

    Since starting to keep track of all my calorie intake and under nutrients saying exactly what I am taking in as carbohydrates, proteins, and fat and regulating better my intake of foods and doing a rapid weight loss out of 1,100 cal per day. In conjunction with my medication to suppress appetite Lomaira 8 mg, 1 pill -two times a day and counting the calories and keeping track of everything; it has made losing weight so much easier. After 40 my metabolism has slowed down, but with this App and support groups I am more willing and keeping in track!

    I love this app so much it has helped me lose so much weight. I have lost 10 pounds in about 3 weeks. The only problem I have with this app is it cost money. but I guess you have to make a profit. I love how it makes you set goals and calculates everything! This is an app that I will use forever

    I didn’t anticipate how helpful tracking what I eat would be - it makes me realize how Much i was eating without remembering, and really helps me get a handle on monitoring my intake. Love it.
