  • What is going on?

Can't login to my account. It started with sync error around a week ago. I decided to relogin. Now I already tried to reinstall app several times and I still can't login - "connection error"
  • Customer service

    By Red4d
It’s nearly impossible to contact anyone at Runkeeper or get a response. They sure want your money, but couldn’t care less about any issues you might be having once they get it. I’ve tried for 3-weeks to get an issue resolved and I can’t even get a reply. Not happy with customer service.
  • Favorite fitness app

    By Ajohnson23
I’ve used this app for years to track runs and I still love it!
  • Voice

    By viking 41
It would be nice to have a plain voice male or female with just status like the Siri voice
  • Good running app that keeps running competitive.

    By WeGonnaGroove
Pro: different voices to choose from. Keeps running competitive by being able to compare runs. Different challenges to complete. Con: Challenges aren’t updated frequently enough. Comparable data between two runs isn’t very helpful. GPS is usually inaccurate and I resort to using the stopwatch mode.
  • Best overall running app

Love the interface and Spotify integration. I use the premium version and it's worth it! I like this app also because it works well on apple or android so you’ll never lose your years of running data.
  • Something’s wrong

Have been using Runkeeper for 2 years with no problems and now am getting incorrect results for my run/Walk. Showing incorrect distance, pace and route.
  • Support

I recently wrote to the RunKeeper support desk for help with an issue. They sent me very precise info which has helped solve my problem.
  • No more challenges since May 2018

    By R.Soul
I think RunKeeper is mad that I purchased an Apple Watch to continue my runs, because since that purchase I have not been challenged by RunKeeper on my monthly 5Ks, 10Ks, Monday fun runs for headphones I would never win, and/or fun runs just because. I feel cheated. I even shared it with my limited friends to monitor their trends. Also, I lose track time because I have my phone and watch on me (for safety) if I track on one or the other and accidentally hit something on either. Even if it’s Apple being a bully, please, please see below. All I ask, please bring back the monthly challenges for the RunKeeper Basic. It motivated me and kept me going and three in some variety and friendly competition and challenges in my life. Even if it’s one a week since I don’t pay monthly premiums. Other than that seamless, except when the two don’t update but it’s noted in the support/troubleshoot page.
  • Confusing

Maybe it’s designed for serious competitive athletes. If so, I’m the wrong user. Once I complete my walk, I want to simply stop and save. Then be ready to start again which I cannot get to without completely shutting down and reopening. Probably me.
