  • Best UI in 5 years

Been running on and off for 5 years, and Runkeeper is the only app I use for tracking them. It’s UI gets better and better, and it’s kept track of my runs for 5 full years now. Here’s to the next 5!
  • Now my fave...except social media

[update: last couple of versions now show red 6 in upper right of icon indicating notices, but when I open app there is nothing to note. Not sure what it is trying to tell me][update: newest version has habit of crashing right after startup][another gripe about the new sharing method. Instead of linking to the activity, it posts a static picture. This is a big step down.][Another issue: things seem to be getting smaller and smaller. It is sometimes difficult to use some settings without my glasses on. I know most people probably have good vision, but I did not have this problem so much with the older versions][The social media features of the app have gone downhill over the last year. Instead of sharing at the touch of a button it hands off to iOS sharing thing and that is just clunky and slow. The old way was better. Why break something that worked well?][another update. Kind of getting used to new voice. Main thing I miss is sharing maps to Facebook. Now when I share from app only shares image without linking to details. If I share from the web site, it links to run, but no longer shows map, only running dude icon. This is step backwards. As someone with friends on social media, this is a bit annoying for something that previously worked so well][Latest update gets rid of the default voice, Kat, yet keeps the same name. The new voice is harsh and distracting. This is particularly irksome since the last few versions they have added voices that are equally annoying and unhelpful. Why fix something that wasn't broken?]
  • Very unstable app

This happens third time i ran and it failed to track it. It just hangs at fixed miles and does not increase any further. Multiple times ran @4 miles bit it shower 0.4 miles, time increases but miles distance does not. There are better apps..
  • Runkeeper app

I love everything about the app except for not having the ability to add music services such as amazon prime music. If it had that, I would have given 5 stars.
  • Horrible

Downloaded the app because it could sync to smashrun, but it wouldn’t even let me create an account. No use wasting your time

Been using Run Keeper since I was a runner 8 years ago +++. Still a big fan and use it for all distance events.
  • Good app, but...

This is a very good app. I’ve been training for selection and I have to admit this app knocked my 24.5 minute three mile run to a 22 flat and I’ve seen great gains with my mile and a half and also two mile runs. However, there is no way to track treadmill runs as far as I’ve been able to find out and since I work nights i usually do my interval running on a treadmill and it’s really frustrating to put into notes some info about each run. Beyond that, it gives free workouts and tracks everything outdoors and will make you faster, what’s not to like?

Sign up today! When my motivation is waning, Runkeeper premium keeps me motivated by showing me my progress. It also helps me see when I am letting myself off the hook by not pushing myself. It is very motivating. Being able to see how today's run compares with yesterday's run and a run a month ago. By keeping track of how far and how fast I run each month I have stayed engaged and motivated. They also email other motivating information. I highly recommend this app. It is easy to use and intuitive.
