Waking up made easy. An intelligent alarm clock that analyzes your sleep and wakes you in the lightest sleep phase – the natural way to wake up feeling rested and relaxed. No need to place your device in bed - Sleep Cycles uses sound analysis sleep tracking. Sleep Cycle helps millions of people all around the world wake up rested. Continuously rated as the best smart alarm clock on the market. Featured in: CNN, Wired, The Guardian, The Wall Street Journal, BBC, The New York Times. #1 Top Paid app in United States #1 Top Paid app in United Kingdom #1 Top Paid app in Japan #1 Top Paid app in Germany #1 Top Paid app in France ...and more. * Our patented technology monitors your sleep movements using sound or vibration analysis. * Sleep Cycle then finds the optimal time to wake you up during a 30 minute window that ends at your set alarm time. * Recommended placement: Near the bed or on the floor. As you sleep you go through different phases, ranging from deep sleep to light sleep. The phase you are in when your alarm goes off is critical for how tired you will feel when you wake up. Since you move differently in bed during the different phases, Sleep Cycle can use the microphone or accelerometer in your iPhone to monitor your movements and determine which sleep phase you are in. • No Editing Capability.

    By yguppy
I would give this more stars if you had the ability to edit entries. Sometimes I fall asleep and neglect to stop the app when I get up, which is ALWAYS before the Alarm as I have chronic Insomnia. If you want me to buy a Premium Subscription for $29.99 yearly, I would think that feature would be available.
  • Snooze feature glitching

    By mnmgirl24
The past few days, it’s almost impossible to snooze. I have to exit the app and return for it to recognize my snooze. Shaking is useless, and since the volume is increasing, I can’t hit the button itself. Please fix this ASAP!
  • I still want my notifications

    By amazingsherbert
Does what it claims but only 2 stars because I can’t ever use it. There’s no way to keep your notifications on while the app is running and I need to know if someone texts me for work while I’m asleep most nights. Another small thing: the sleep quality only measures the length of your sleep.
  • Good Alarm

    By aclark1331
It would be nice if they could let you fall asleep with music playing on a Bluetooth speaker instead of the phone’s speaker. If they would change it I would give it a 5 star review for sure.
  • Unsure of accuracy

    By AliCat3
I just started using this app. I enjoy it, however it is recording my partner’s snoring :/. He is pretty loud. I’m concerned how this impacts the accuracy of the data. Does it matter? I’m not sure.
  • Where’s the Apple Watch app

    By Paddy-cakes
Why don’t you use the Apple Watch like jawbone uses the UP to gently wake people and get a better read on people.
  • Sleep Deprived

    By BrandhisB
This app has really opened my eyes that I need to see a doctor because of how much I snore and am restless through the night. My sleep is only 60%!!! Shocking.
  • Love it

It is a really good App
  • Way Too Expensive

    By PlatypusNimrod
I had high hopes for the app and used it for two nights. I considered buying premium since I liked it so much, and then I saw the price. $40 a month is too much for an app if you ask me.
  • Interesting to look at.

    By DianeZ3
I enjoy looking at the results. I have my doubts about how it recognizes snoring since I sleep with my husband. How can it distinguish who is snoring?
