  • JPEG compression?

Haven’t seen anyone mention this and I hope someone could give me an answer. I shoot raw files on a 24 mp full frame camera, the raw file sizes come out to be around 25mb per file give or take. I upload to photoshop make some edits and export jpeg maximum quality with no resizing. I upload the edited photo back into photoshop express and check the size of the file, 5mb?!?!? Now I’m not ignorant enough to not understand that an export of a jpeg will compress the raw file naturally but to go from 25mb to 5mb just seems absurd? Can anyone tell me why this is? Is this a side effect of editing on a iPad / mobile device? Am I crazy to even care? 24mp is more then enough to make giant prints on but if I edit it on an iPad I no longer can do that because the file size is too small... can someone kindly Make sense of this?

I am amazed that you have no capability of basic color correction in this app. I looked around and could not find one icon that could change Kelvin temperature in a shot. That is a basic simple procedure, yet you seem to have all kinds of icons that I don’t need. I don’t understand how anybody else would need those ridiculous settings. Very disappointing.

Don't bother, it's not what you think of you thinking it's like Photoshop on desktop. You need to purchase additional tools and apps. I just want one app for all my design needs. UNINSTALLING.

I had this app, had to remove it to update my phone and ALL OF SUDDEN I have to have premium now? It was off my phone for literally one day! Now this app is like every other editing app to me. Useless 🤷🏼‍♀️

This app used to be an incredibly resourceful and easy way to edit your photos to look almost professional grade. Now, for the same free software they have added a “premium” in which most tools are no longer free to use. Greedy, and bad business move. I will be using another app from now on. Even another paid app would be preferable than this one that’s selling the same free tools for a premium.

I used to love this app. I’ve used it many times without issue. Now, in order to perform a very simple task of lightening a picture or anything else, I have to scroll through a bunch of crap, sign in with Facebook, go to my text to get a code that wasn’t sent. Go back and request another code to be sent. Go back to text to get the code, go back to input the code, sit staring at the screen waiting for some kind of action or looking for a continue button. All that BS to get back to the dead end page and not be able to open it. For that, I want to give zero stars. Why would I give even one star to an app that I WAS happy with until some idiot over there made it impossible and time consuming to use.
