Its not working properly when a challenge is from a different country then your nationality. Besides, the notifications never disappear, no matter how many times I open them. I almost could conclude that this is to force people to check the app all the time
  • So buggy I have to delete about half my workouts

I've been using this app for years, and I don't really know why I've stuck with it--I guess it's too much effort to switch, or I keep hoping they will fix it. But after all this time, I'm giving up hope. It's incredibly buggy and a lot of my recorded workouts are worthless and have to be trashed. Also, the customer support is useless. Basically, the app is "dumb" and is fine with recording nonsensical "data," such as magical teleportation across 5 km or more, and including that in your workouts with massive, ridiculous calorie burns, and offering no way to edit out these spurious data points, so when it happens you have no choice but to delete the entire workout. Example: I take the Vancouver Skytrain to work. I try to record my walk from home to my Skytrain station, and then from the downtown Skytrain station to work. I start a workout at home, complete the workout when I arrive at the station, start a new workout when I leave the downtown station, and complete the second workout when I arrive at work. The trouble is that when I start the second workout, the app does not use my current location as the new starting point. It uses my previous *ending* location, and includes the distance between the two points as part of the workout. Thus I get "credit" in workout for some kind of mysterious teleportation between the two points, with ridiculous kph and calorie stats. First, it seems like the app should use the place where I actually start my workout, and not where I ended my last one. Second, if it does include the previous ending point, it should still recognize the travel between the two points as physically impossible for a human, and discard that portion of a workout--or at the very least, allow manual editing. Like, even if I just forgot to turn the tracker off while I was on the Skytrain, I feel like the app should recognize that I am not actually moving at those speeds under my own power. And it is frustrating that the only method for dealing with the spurious addition of a transit ride is to delete the entire workout, and not just the inaccurate part. The only response I got to this is that I need to update the GPS settings on my phone--even though things has happened over years, on multiple phones. The problem is the app. It should just not be doing this ridiculous and pointless thing that spoils half the workouts. Fix your product, UnderArmor.

Ever since the update I can no longer get the app to connect to my polar HR chest strap! Even though my iPhone can find it an connect, the app cannot find it. Please fix ASAP!
  • Not perfect

I like all this app has to offer, but I find the information not loading from the Apple Watch to the app correctly very frustrating. It does eventually, say 24 hours later, then populate correctly, but why does it not do it correctly the first time.

Apple Watch does not synch all my workouts to the phone. The activity is captured but gets categorized as workouts that need to be saved; when I press “force synch” it does nothing!
  • GPS Funky since last update

Since the last update the GPS on the app only works sporadically. I updated my phone and followed all the troubleshooting guides. I didn’t make any changes to my equipment. I really like the pace updates you get when the GPS is working. It’s one of the main reasons I use this app. It’s kind of unnerving to hear “pace: 0.0 mph” when you’re in a high intensity segment of your run. Fix the GPS issue and I would gladly give this app five stars again.

I really like this app, but have stopped using it since there is no auto pause when starting the app on the Apple Watch.
  • Calorie count??

Is there a reason that I don’t get a calorie value (just says 0) for any of my workouts after the very first??

I have used this app for years. It has a lot of great features even in the free version. It’s pretty accurate as far as distance and elevation too.

They supposedly fixed bugs but now all I get when I try and log in is “Not Connected to the Internet”. YES I AM!! They just want you to log in through Facebook so they can have all your contact info too.
