    Thanks so much! I have had two organ transplants, Colon Cancer, and a stroke. I spent over 3 years in a Nursing Home and rehabilitation center. Insight timer helped me to find the inner peace and strength to go through the aforementioned. I had a wonderful Father’s Day. Go with God.

    Started using this app about a week ago for the sleep meditations. I’m new to meditation and wanted to work on reducing anxiety before bedtime. Really effective. Also listened to one of the lectures. Highly recommend anyone who is new to or really into meditation to try it.
