    I was very young when I discovered this app, around 9 or so, and I have been using it every night for the past 4 years to help me sleep. Now an anxious 13 year-old, this app has helped me relax at night and fall into an oasis of relaxation, taking my mind off school and everything that has happened that day. I don't have the voice on, for I usually turn the voice volume all the way down to just listen to the gentle background music. I prefer "light rain" as my sound, because I love rainy days. Sorry this review is so long, but I definitely recommend this app to people who have stress, anxiety, or even insomnia. So worth the payment. Thank you Meditation Oasis.

    I have tried a number of different meditation apps, but this is by far my favorite. It is very handy that you can manually control the volume of the voice and the volume of the music separately. I have come to use the app in two different ways: voice-only is for my meditation, and music-only (“Acceptance”) is to help me drift off to sleep, whether for a nap or for the night. That music can knock me out in under five minutes in virtually any circumstances! This app is a great value; I highly recommend it.
