    You can chose to meditate for 5, 10, 15, 20 or 30 minutes. The music and narrator are so relaxing. I always feel refreshed after.

    I bought this app to try meditating and immediately fell asleep listening to it. I tried it again and again with the same result. Now, I’m not sure that’s what the makers intended, but I don’t care because now I use it to fall asleep fast. Usually within 10-15 minutes. I recommended it to my girlfriend (now wife) who had trouble falling asleep and she immediately found that it out her to sleep. This app works wonders to help you relax, clear your mind, and fall asleep. I recommend this app to anyone who’s mind races when trying to fall asleep. Worth every penny.

    Very calming and easy to follow. I struggle to relax and to "get out of my head" and this app really helps. When stressed during the day I think of her voice and words - after listening to her for a while it's easy to do.

    For me this an app I keep coming back to. There are many time options. The guidance is calming and forgiving. I have been using this app off and on for over five years. I have tried other apps but this is my favorite.
