Uber is a ridesharing app for fast, reliable rides in minutes – day or night. There’s no need to park or wait for a taxi or bus. With Uber, you just tap to request a ride, and it’s easy to pay with credit card or cash (in selected cities only). Whether you’re going to the airport or across town, there’s an Uber for every occasion. Uber is available in more than 500 cities worldwide – download the app and take your first trip today. Requesting your Uber is easy – here’s how it works: - Just open the app and tell us where you want to go. - The app uses your location so your driver knows where to pick you up. - You’ll see your driver’s picture and vehicle details, and can track their arrival on the map. - Payment can be made by credit card, cash (in selected cities only), Apple Pay, PayPal and more. - After the ride, you can rate your driver and provide feedback to help us improve the Uber experience. You’ll also get a receipt by email. Need a simple way to get from A to B quickly? Take uberX, our most affordable option for individual travel. Want to save money on your ride? Take uberPOOL – you’ll travel with other riders heading in the same direction, and enjoy a lower fare. Want a more exclusive experience? Take a high-end vehicle with UberBLACK. And there are even more options – whether you’re travelling with a big group or need a vehicle with accessibility features. Great driver
  • Frustrating Interface

    By Amurull
I’ve used Uber on and off for a while and never seemed to have a problem with it before. But tonight while I’ve been working to schedule a ride in advance for my family, it feels as though I’m banging my head against a brick wall. No mater how hard I try, I can not seem to find the icon for scheduling a ride in advance. I’ve looked through the help tab, and even watched the YouTube video that they provide. Both reference a clock icon near/in the where to bar at the top of the screen, but when I look in my app, there is absolutely nothing there. I’ve now been faced with a cancellation fee from a booking I did not think had been fully made while hoping to find a way to schedule my pick up for the morning. And yet I am nowhere near any closer to getting my situation resolved.
  • Paying for no ride!?

    By Vic1289
This happened on multiple occasions. When I got onto the Uber app and requested a ride which in total was more than $16 (multiple stops included). it then said that they were searching for drivers then it said it said it had put me in contact with 2 . I waited patiently didn’t even leave the app. Keep in mind that it charged me the $16! And then I get a little notification and it says Uber driver are unavailable. Then I check my banking app and it still charged me the $16 and never gave me a refund . And this isn’t the first time . I had done it once before and it charged me $9 but me thinking that it would give me a refund I did it again and it charged me $9 again but still said it was busy . I had no way to contact Uber ! I made a little note to one of the closest options I had to my issue for a refund . And it gave me a computer response talking about they couldn’t issue a refund .... like what the heck . You charged me $16 for what? They need to update their costumer services. I am beyond frustrated. Don’t expect me to use the app again, and I recommend you don’t either!!!!
  • Over priced ride

    By ferrett lady
I've used Uber for awhile but until now I never guestioned the price. Today I read the email sent by your company and it was then that I saw the amount I was charged. It was 45.00 dollars. Usually a 10.00 fare, I would appreciate if you would contact me.

  • Diamond Benefit, not quite diamond.

    By La Traveling Girl
I have finally made it to the Diamond level after 7500 of Uber ride and Ubeareats. Don’t think you’ll get a Diamond benefit, befitting a diamond level Uber user. One of their benefit is that, you’ll get high rated Uber drivers. If you’re platinum, you still get the same drivers. The only difference I don’t see any under 70’s rating anymore. “Whoop tee do”! I’ve had under 70’s rating driver who happens to gave me good service and Ive had high rated drivers who gave me bad service and it’s always women. I am a woman so don’t even get me started. Most of the time I cancel them especially if I’m going to the airport. They don’t help you with luggage. They just sit there with their fat rear. Second, they said you’ll get surprise upgrades. I’m still waiting for that upgrade. I’m already at 7835 and I’m still waiting for that surprise. I’ve had 3 trips To and Out of airport and no surprise upgrades. Third, they give you 3 free delivery on UberEats’s every 6 months. But that’s really useless because UberEats’s offers free delivery daily. Fourth, priority pick up at the airport. Again, useless you get this with being platinum. Fifth, priority support. Another BS. Today I complained about a driver and it was definitely not a priority support. They didn’t reply until 2 hours later. I’ve had a quick reply when I was platinum. Sixth, they you love to give you that generic reply when you complain like I haven’t read that same old generic “I apologize for your convenience “cr$p”. Bottom line, There is no Diamond benefit! I will use lyft when they give me discount on business rides. Thank you for reading this long essay. Also I type fast and sometimes I make typos and forget words to type haha!
  • Horrible App!

    By DrDudeMar
Live in downtown Dallas and frequent uber often. Without a doubt, the app is the most horrible experience throughout the entire process. If I could rate less than one star, I would. Developers of this app, should hang their heads in shame. You wish to understand my displeasure, reach out and we'll talk.
  • Just great

David is easy to talk to, very friendly, and personable. Makes the ride more pleasant.
  • Your system is stupid and lacking.

    By Stuey021
Got a new phone and new number. Can't login with either. There's literally no way that I can use the app. Fix your crap! Or you'll lose another customer and money.
