  • Wish they have an App

This game is addicting, fun, variety of games; though I wish they have an App by now so it be easily accessed.
  • I hate this!

So I agree with him that no changes added I want to delete this and it would be better without it!
  • No customer support apparently to report a bug

For months now every time I open the app I get a message saying that as of April 2018 blah blah blah something about leaderboards and badges. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app - nothing. IT’S PAST APRIL 2019 PEOPLE. Fix your crap! And when I tried to send a report of this bug to customer service, apparently I can’t do that because I don’t have an account. Seriously?! I play the games without an account - because I don’t want one - yet I can’t send a simple message to them without joining and creating an account? What a joke. I don’t really expect much from EA though to be honest so I guess this fits with what I’ve read and heard about them. Sigh.

Pogo app for iPad doesn’t make enough games available. Very disappointed. Games that are available are good though.
  • Not Happy!

Am a Club POGO member & when I try to load World Class Solitaire I get the beginning & it closes down. I have deleted & reloaded but it keeps closing. Very disappointed. Am a Club POGO member, games are ok just wish there were more. However, I have a very hard time logging in. It won’t let me log in with my screen name & it takes about 3-6 times st trying to login before I actually can.I usually check remember me but it never does. What’s going on???

I really love playing Pogo. But they got rid of my favorite game pinochle. Yes there are other games I like to play two on Pogo but was my favorite.
  • Keeps crashing

Not good so far. Crashes after every game or two. The bonus round in turbo 21 is unplayable and the cards are not easy to read during game play.
  • Need to work out bugs

Love Pogo, but they need to fix the bugs in Turbo 21, World Class Solitaire and Poppit. Turbo 21 has graphics issues (especially in the bonus round), WCS freezes up at Rank 50 and Poppit has a small playing field (used to be bigger). Otherwise, I’d give it 5 stars. The developers need to come up with some new games!
  • Good but not great

They have finally fixed the bug that was not recognizing Club Pogo accounts, which is good. I can play Word Whomp without ads again. However, it still fails to see my internet connection most of the time. This doesn't interrupt gameplay, but it does stop the badges from being displayed. Also, World Class Solitaire has the worst card moving mechanics ever. I use this app a lot, but only because I'm addicted to Word Whomp. Update: Ever since the change to logging in with my email instead of screen name, the app logs me out many times a day. It wouldn’t be as much of a irritation if the “remember me” check box actually worked. But I have to type my entire email address every time I login. Support from EA is pretty much nonexistent for this app. I reported the login issues and basically got a “hmmm, that’s odd, we’ll look into it” answer. That was months ago. Still have to login nearly every time I open the app.
