    I confess I’ve had this app on my phone for quite a while (months) and tried it for the first time today.. it is FANSTASTIC!! Allows me to squeeze in a quick HIIT workout at home. I’ll use it every day now for sure!

    I use this app all the time when I only have time for a quick workout. Better than 10 mins on the treadmill. Cardio and muscle building in one. Sometimes I do three 5 minute sessions with floor ex in between, like my own circuit. Best part is you don't have to be online. Spend the extra buck to customize. Worth it.

    Being that I have painful arthritis and bad knees, I really like this app. I can't really do any jumping but it's getting me moving and that's what I need.

    I love that it has the different minute durations the longest being the 10 min one. I usually do that twice in the morning and I'm ready to go. Good body weight excesses that get your heart going. I go faster than the young woman in the video and I'll sweat.
