  • New App Layout is bad

    By Dev7895
The new style of the app is terrible. Dark mode needs to be implemented or the app needs to go back to the original color style.
  • Where are finance and purchases groups?!?

    By Bellexandria
If this is a replacement for Inbox, it needs finances and purchases. I can’t even create my own labels to surface these old “system” labels.
  • Dark theme?

Is there a dark (black) theme?
  • The new update is blah...

    By Keljo4532
The new update is so visually unappealing, it makes me want to switch to Outlook, which I use for a work email. The themes on the desktop are really cute. As a predominately iPhone user, the new update leaves something to be desired.
  • New Update a Step Backwards

    By neochase23
The recent update was a downgrade from where gmail was. It’s now harder to switch accounts, and having no lines or color differences in between emails and search bar make everything a little jarring to the eyes. Switching gmail accounts used to be conveniently placed in the same area you’d click on to switch from inbox to folders and easily accessed by a simple swipe. Now it’s separated entirely from the other folders, and takes longer to switch as you wait for the screen to pop up that has your different accounts listed, finding the correct account on it’s no-separation white back ground redesign, then select it. It now takes me more time to check one account than it did to check all of my accounts with the old set up. More difficult switching among accounts, and its jarringly bright white new color scheme make me wish google would’ve left well enough alone.
  • Great functionality

Love the app and it’s functionalities. I’m not a fan of the new look. It seems like basic outlines whereas the last version was more full and colorful.
  • The new update is awful

    By Dantheman13333333339
It takes up the whole screen and it looks like a kid designed it. How about an easy button that says “classic mode”? I’m changing email apps
  • Excellent new design

    Much cleaner
  • Why...

The new UI looks absolutely atrocious. There was no good reason to change from the last one and this just plain looks ugly....
  • pointless UI change

Hate the new look. Why change?
