  • I want the old voice back!

I’ve enjoyed using Strava for running and biking, and like the running clubs. However, I must have updated because there is a now a new male voice that is horrible! I can barely hear it and definitely can’t make out what he’s saying with music on low volume. What’s the point of announcing your splits if it’s muffled and way too low? How do I get the old voice back?! Five stars for a free app if this is fixed, otherwise I’ll go back to Nike.

Tried to build a route on my Mac laptop but it just wouldn’t work consistently. Frustrated, I just went and used map my run instead.

Please please please... add music controls to this app. It is so annoying to have to stop my workout to skip songs. Please you guys!
  • Not very useful

I switched from Runkeeper after hearing good things about Strava. Unfortunately, not only has it failed to successfully track my activities, but it also doesn’t show how many calories were burned. My husband uses this app the same way I do, but his seems to work. I’m very disappointed, it’s inconsistent, I can’t control what stats I want to see, it’s not as user friendly as some other apps I’ve used, and I’ve reached out to the company to try and get more information on possibly resolving these issues and have gotten nothing in return. Not worth it. Will be deleting and returning to my previous fitness app.
  • Night and Day Difference

Love the iPhone app! A suggestion: have a night mode - black screen with white/colored text... would be better for night use and would use less battery power.
  • Lacking basic functionality

I simply don’t understand why you’re unable to sort or filter your activities by type (race, long run, workout). Also adding gear on mobile.
  • Having issues with GPS

I have been using strava for tracking my runs for 2 years now. I have been experiencing issues with the GPS multiple times within the last 4 months. Today it did not register the first 4 minutes of my run, and I felt like I have had enough, so I just cancelled my strava premium membership. I’m interested in finding a new way to track my runs now.

The last two weeks Strava has basically stopped working properly with my Apple Watch (series 2).
