    This app has made so many things so much easier when it comes to weight lifting. My time in the gym even gets shaved down a little bit thanks to the great layout of the app. Definitely recommend it to anyone who has interest in weightlifting.

    Seriously I love this app the update is great, the look and everything about it is awesome! It’s gotten even more user friendly and just overall improved. The only thing is the companion mode to my Apple Watch which if fixed is awesome right, just right there on my watch with rest time haptic tics it’s super awesome!.. but it stopped and then crashed and my Apple Watch is now tracking a 22 hour workout even though it’s done and finished on my Strong app it’s still just not syncing. So then I finish the workout on my Apple Watch it saves the workout at 22 hours and not finished and replaces my actual tracked workout. Frustrating but I know they will eventually address this, definitely worth the buy just not the Apple Watch app yet.

    This is fantastic for helping me keep track of my workouts. The interface is sharp. It’s easy to add custom exercises. Adding and removing sets and exercises to a routine on the fly is painless. Love it.

    The app only lets you store 3 workouts before having to upgrade. The free version is basically useless. There are better apps out there.

    Have two separate apps. It’s misleading what app I was getting. No builded in exercises or wasn’t found when I searched for it. In the one I downloaded. What I was looking for must have been in the one you pay $29.99 a year. I’ve had this older app for sometime now. It wasn’t bad, looking at the update it seemed like you got some extra tools. Was just a massive turn off.
