I didn’t get a refund from an item that I didn’t commit to buying but they make offers set in stone. Totally unreasonable in my honest opinion. If you’re looking for a better app to buy, sell and trade, I suggest Depop! I never had a problem with resolving issues of any kind!

Never buy from this site. I wish someone would have warned me. You can NEVER return an item even if it did not present itself in an honest way. I even sent pictures. If you want to sell something...by all means...this is your place. You can sell anything and say anything. Lol
  • Customers can’t talk to their sellers or call customer service

I used to love Poshmark but I’m finding I’m not so thrilled anymore. As a buyer when looking for a specific brand I’m finding the feed cluttered with junk and mistagged items (people listing an item under a different brand name). I constantly report items because it’s unfair, misleading, and frustrating but the listings remain. As a seller, I strive to get things out in a clean and fairly quick ship time, and about 60% of buyers never accept the item making the seller wait 4 days to get paid. Especially since Poshmark takes a gigantic TWENTY PERCENT. 20! Poshmark pushes sellers to ship quick and has a rating system but there is no rating system for buyers who are inconsiderate and make sellers wait when we strive to go above and beyond. I’m finding it harder and harder to get paid from PM. Especially when I’m counting on that money. I once shipped a cashmere sweater which the buyer damaged while opening with scissors and sent the item back (PM approved). So then I was stuck with a very expensive and damaged sweater. So in the meantime I’m waiting for another platform to develop or for PM to better protect their sellers as well and remove listings that violate terms once they are reported. So for PM to take so much money out of my sales it sure is hard to get paid and have little protections I’m searching for another platform so I can transfer my listings elsewhere.
  • No support

They don’t take customer service/support communications seriously. “Offer to likers” doesn’t work, but the response you get is that you just don’t understand how it’s supposed to work. ... 1. That’s incorrect, I’ve tested on multiple phones and versions of the app. 2. Even if it were true, then it means they have a bad UI/UX and they don’t care. This is just one example, it’s not worth it to waste your time explaining because they don’t care.
