  • Warmups cost extra

    Love the program and app but wish the warmups didn’t cost extra. You can’t just jump into your workout doing the recommended weights and that warmup is crucial not only to hitting your target weights/reps but also to keep yourself injury free.
  • Stopped opening

    Good, simple app. However, I’ve recently been experiencing extreme frustration because this app just will not open. The 5x5 logo appears on screen, then the phone goes back to the home screen. Very annoying because I am wasting time at the gym waiting for this app to open so I know what lifts to do. Please fix. This is not a complex app so it should not take this long to open.

    Fantastic workout when you add accessory exercises which the app allows. Guides you through workouts and keeps track of which exercises to do and when to add weight. Also provides encouragement when you fail on a lift. A nutrition component is the only thing missing from this app but there are apps you could use in conjunction with this one.
