  • Great on iPhone terrible on iPad

The games in iPad Pro can’t really be watch for long since the image freezes and also the image distorts and loses the quality. Customer service really don’t know how to fix the issue. It’s sad since the idea is what you expect to have when you live abroad. So frustrated to only watch games in my iPhone or my Computer, or being patient and tolerant and watch it on my iPad Pro
  • Wouldn’t let me disable notifications

I’ve gotten tired of the stupid articles and notifications they spam all day so I went to turn it off. Literally couldn’t save my settings. I would click it off, leave the page and come back and it’d be on again. Tried to turn notifications off as a whole and it said it couldn’t save. Don’t want to deal with this app anymore so goodbye.
  • Notifications

I'm not getting stacked notifications from this app only. All notifications from other apps are stacked. And there are too many notifications so I'm just going to disable all of them.
  • Ads ruined the app

They make you watch a 15 second ad for every highlight. Ruined the app for me. I won’t get it again next year.
  • App is fine, but the blackouts are dumb

I can never watch the mariners and they’re the closest team to me!! These blackouts gotta go. No wonder people pirate. Instead, I get teams from across the country... I’m west coast not east.
  • App stopped working...

  • Blackouts Much? Unhappy Dodgers Fan

I bought every version of this app since it was made available. I have lived in 3 states during that time (and spend about 2 months in Canada each year) and have been happy with the availability of games. I have been in Tucson for 3 years and I am now getting blacked out from way too many games. I (almost) understand when the Dodgers are in Phoenix playing the DBacks (although it is a 2+ hours drive). But I am blacked out from the San Diego and Colorado games as well. I use the app on my IPad. Even if the games are televised on the various FOX Sports channels, I am most likely NOT near a TV if I use the app to watch the game. Otherwise I would go for the large screen. Can someone at MLB think this through and see the absurdity?
  • Frustrating

I like the app but I hate that there’s not an option to cancel the auto pay once you purchase the annual subscription through iTunes. I don’t know who to contact so they don’t charge me at the beginning of next season. I will remember next time to purchase directly from MLB
  • Watch a 15 second ad for a 15 sec video?

It’s become a joke. Just way too greedy. Pay $20 (or more, I don’t remember) to have banner ads and now we need watch a crappy 15 second insurance ad to watch a HR clip, then watch the same ad to watch another clip, on and on. The MLB video website has the same junk now too. Honestly, they’re going to lose visitors which is really bad for the game.
  • Suddenly super buggy

I'm having same problems as everybody else. It's been great for years. Then a couple weeks ago I started getting "Playback failed" errors. Then it stopped loading at all. I deleted and reinstalled twice. The audio is working now and the app is loading (more slowly) but every time I try to check standings it crashes on me. My ipad is old, but it's been fine through the whole season until recently.
