  • Great pacing

    By Former and future runner
I keep trying to start running again after a 20 year break, but each time I get going my brain gets ahead of what my body can handle and I get injured. This app has kept me pushing myself, but not so hard I get hurt and have to start all over again. And if life interferes and I have to take time off I can back up and repeat weeks as needed.
  • Made a runner out of a hater.

    By Dr.obbb
I was never a runner. I hated running. This app changed that. It builds you up slowly so you can be successful.
  • 10K is great!

    By Jwisch
I have used it for years with great results. Highly recommend.
  • Not amazing, but fine. Shouldn’t pay for it

    By Rachelh49
There’s no telling how many minutes. Just run now. Walk now. No maps. No info on distance ran. It’s lacking immensely.
  • Simple and to the point!

    By AngelikaMariexx
Nothing fancy just straight to the point, a no fuss app for beginner runners!
  • Very helpful app

    By bobalaska1
Found this to be very useful when I resumed running after an injury. Builds up capacity at a reasonable pace.
  • Great way to change your lifestyle for the better!

    By RevDean
I used the C25K app a few years ago with great success. It helps you not night off more than you can chew and is set up at a pace that allows you to gradually accomplish your goal, all the while working to change your routine towards a more healthy lifestyle. I’m now working on the C210K and excited to see where I’ll go next! Thanks C210K!
  • Great app!

    By CaseyClark3
Simple and easy to use. Great for a beginner. Used it to prep for my first 5k and now working on a 10!
  • Great trainer app, not so much for tracking

    By A&EWorkman
I like how this app trains me for the upcoming 10K. It has nice interval training alerts and the pacing of the program is great. It is not a tracking program (although it shows how far I went and does do a calorie calculation, which I suspect is inaccurate-too low). I pair this with Runkeeper for accurate tracking.
  • No Stats, No Map, No Native Watch App, Poor Audio Cues

    By Almdoi Pad
10K Trainer Pro is a disappointment. There are no section stat breakdowns, including pace. It does not support heart rate tracking. There is no map support to show a route I took on a particular day and no indication of change in elevation. There is no native Apple Watch application; I can't use this app and run without my iPhone. I cannot start my workout from the Apple Watch and if I have my Apple Watch alerts on, I do not get audio cues, even with my ringer turned on. I have previously used Bluefin's Ease Into 5K, which does not have Apple Watch support but does have all of the other features I would expect from a "Pro" application. Considering I have to run with my iPhone, I will probably go back to using a BlueFin application. If all you want is cues for the time to switch from walk to run, get one of the free apps. There is no reason to pay for "Pro" when it has no pro features.
