    Helped my wife and I compete in 2 half’s. My only suggestion is a little larger font. The greyer the bears the smaller the font seems to become.

    Yes, technically they do respond to each e-mail...with a FORM LETTER, not a personal response. I have sent an e-mail every run, so basically three times a week, and have yet to get anything other than a form letter. Each and every response had exactly the same "your input is very important to us" canned response.

    Don't buy this app if you plan to run the entire 13.1. This app is for run/walk. I wish I could get my $9.99 back. I loved the 5K and 10K apps. This app is not what I was expecting.

    Don’t buy this is if you’ve used C2K and the 10K trainer and are expecting the same kind of program. This trainer is set up to get you to a half where you’ll run 4 minutes and walk 1 minute for the full race. I’m glad I spent $9.99 for something I could have done on my own. Total ripoff.

    So I am 24 years old and have had two knee surgeries and for the last 5 years I have made every excuse to not have to try and get back to my previously athletic self. I have struggled mostly because of self esteem and every workout was difficult because it was mainly speed oriented and distanced. Needless to say the day after a workout I would be unable to walk. The nice thing about this workout is it is challenging but realistic and not painful to do. Granted I’m sore the next day but I can walk. I actually look forward to working out. I will post again when I have completed the entire training because I am registered for the Disney Princess Half Marathon in February so I am hoping to finish in a reasonable amount of time and I’m using this app as my training plan. I highly recommend it.
