  • Review of MS CogniFit

    By jerseygrl59
Sometimes the items are too specific. Such as the crossword characters ~ the plant was the generic name. Most people don’t know that! And the Narcissus looked like it could’ve been a daffodil. Same with some of the other characters. I think they need to be more broad with the answer choices. Like in the game where you have to match the photos. The tomatoes have to be at the EXACT angle, same with basketball. If the program is going to be that specific, they should explain that in the beginning! All in all, I’ll come back & try again. I’m very familiar with cognitive testing as I’m an RN & worked with the elderly. Someone with a serious impairment could never keep up! Back to the crossword game. It did t even give you time to see what the quote was! This app needs some clarification & work!
  • Fun and easy

    By alexiasobrado
Easy to use, fun and I feel inspired to help my brain. I feel as if my memory is improving and it’s fun to use while waiting for the train or when I have some free time.
  • One of the best apps for your brain

    By Jo.mood
This is definitely one of the best apps I’ve tried for brain fitness. I had a question about a game and chatted with their customer support on the app. They were super helpful, which is pretty rare these days. Definitely recommend for anyone who is serious about keeping their brain in shape.
  • Horrible update that doesn’t work

    By nrcwd
The new update is horrible and doesn’t work! I have a large Cognifit account and manage many patients. All of my patients who have updated their Cognifit app are no longer able to use their accounts including myself. I have sent the Cognifit help center 3 messages over the last 3 days and no one has responded. There is also no number to contact them. Horrible customer service for a product that I get charged for on autopay.
  • Expensive & too many Bugs! 👎🏻

    By Neckino
Very expensive and will not buy the full version. Since last upgrade can't even play the "free games" now! The option shows only a few free games but once u click it the screen is blank or reverts back to unlock full version. I used to like it this app.👎🏻
  • Can't make an account

    By Toby100000
Says you can sign up for an account without using a social media account (I have none) but then won't let me. I filled out all the info, but there's no submit or sign up button!
  • Addictive brain training games

    By JamesMi77
These games are fun and different. I am getting addicted playing these games from last two days.
  • Very VERY buggy

    By Aimee Giles
Frequently are advised that you have no internet connection when finalizing results when your internet is fine. Per tech support, delete and reinstall the app to fix. I have deleted and reinstalled sometimes up to 6 times before I can actually complete one single training session. Some games intermittently do not work properly, i.e. You can't see the whac-a-moles to hit them. The ball crashing game will just start saying level down, level down as you can hear the balls exploding but are unable to view them. For the monthly fee for this app, I expected a much better product with far less issues. I was willing to try it for that price in hopes it would be a good product to help my dad who has started experimenting memory issues. Very disappointed because it had promise.
  • Can't even start

    By Not Exiled
This looked like a very interesting app. But there's a problem - I can't even sign up to start using it! I entered all of my info and then there's no option to start. Is this the first cognitive test - to figure out how to use the app? The chat help was no help at all. She just told me to contact Customer Service. I thought she was Customer Service!
  • Not much going on here

    By ttttrrrrrkkkk
Sound doesn’t work in sound requiring game. Have to pay to unlock any sort of features. The same few games cycle repeatedly: mahjong, some whack a mole thing, and some matching game a la bejeweled but not nearly as entertaining. Not much, if anything, that makes me want to pay to upgrade here.
