You can see if your device is connected properly by checking under Settings. If Bluetooth is enabled on your device, this app will also collect your precise location information through beacon technology in order to improve your in-park experience, such as wait times. To facilitate the sign-in process, the app will also require access to your email address, stored within Account Manager. This app will request access to your camera to scan credit cards for purchases, link tickets and passes to your account, and scan and link PhotoPass cards.   • Disney just can’t get the app right

    This is literally the worst app I’ve ever used. I’ve had it for years. I would say the original versions worked okay, but for probably the last two years it has been a constant disaster. With all the things Disney gets right, I just can’t believe they don’t have an IT department that can create a usable app. The app crashes constantly, the other times I can’t even get on it. There is an annoying ad that pops up now for ordering food, and it won’t go away. Eventually I have to shut down the app and attempt to restart. I hate this app!

    I’m having so much trouble signing into the app. The sign in screen is skewed and then taking forever. Something seems wrong since the last update
  • Please fix the app

    The app crashes all the time. Takes forever for anything to load and once it finally does the app closes on you. I keep receiving a the was a problem message whenever I’m looking for a fastpast (both when using WiFi and without using WiFi) but I can use other apps with no problems. This app would be very useful IF it worked but it rarely does. I think it cause more frustration with guests because of how aggravating it is that the app doesn’t work.
  • Unbelievably Unstable

    This is by far the most unstable app I’ve ever used. It takes a handful of restarts to even logon. Once you manage to logon, the app is extremely slow to respond and crashes about 75% of the time. Software development, more specifically SOFTWARE STABILITY, is clearly not one of Disney’s specialties.

    We love it in Disney World. This trip we had two reservations and populating the second reservation had been nothing but a problem.
  • Keeps crashing at login

    I’ve had this app for years and it’s great but this update keeps crashing at the login screen. I’ve re downloaded 3 times and it doesn’t help.
  • Slow, unreliable

    This app is a necessary evil if you’re visiting Disney. On my iPhone XR it’s very slow to load information, crashes regularly and navigating info in the app is not intuitive. I expect much better from Disney.
