Has crashed on me about 10 times in 2 days. Other than that a great app for wait times, etc.

The wait times are inaccurate and the app crashes constantly. They need to put a lot more work into making this work. Employees tell you to use the app as a resource for everything yet it is extremely unreliable.

I have used this app multiple times with no problems. This trip to Disney it has been horrible. Freezing, going so slow. It keeps closing on me. When I need it most it’s not working for me. Disappointed.
  • Obsolete listings

Many listings on my Disney experience are obsolete and though I have tried numerous occasions over the last six weeks to cancel them, they are still listed. It’s very confusing to see dinner reservations that I have canceled mixed in with current meal reservations.

It’s been 4 years since our last visit and manny attractions are still under construction or closed for repairs. Our favorite Mans Theater is gone!

    Barely works
  • New fees....new construction. More fees, more construction. Higher price = lower quality.

I’m a Florida Resident...visiting and staying on Disney property since I was a child. Currently on property with 15 family members to celebrate my parents retirement. Annual pass holder. In the past, the app has been a fantastic addition to The Disney experience. However, while booking this trip, the app was continuously glitchy and I couldn’t access my annual passes, adjust room reservations, etc. Each time I called to correct app inaccuracies the hold time was no less then 45 minutes to reach a cast member....with an additional 30-45 minutes to resolve issues. This happened FOUR times (wish I could attach the screen shots from my phone to this review - this is no exaggeration - hours on the phone for one trip!!!) I put that frustration behind me and began looking forward to a fun week with my family in Orlando. We arrived to the crowds, construction, excessive delays and constant misinformation from clueless cast members. The excitement quickly faded. I understand the need for growth and renovation, but Disney’s clearly growing so rapidly they can’t keep up. Cast members are sweet but MANY have no info or provide conflicting info when you inquire about policies. Or how about the constant “please hold on for fifteen minutes while I ask my manager” response. I’ve heard this at least six times since we checked in. Was excited about bringing my dog and reluctantly paid the $50 per night pet fee. (Yes, that’s right - whether you stay one night or 10 - its $50 EACH NIGHT.) Unfortunately no one has any idea what the pet policies are when booking. As a guest you know very little if anything until you check in and they hand you your doggy bag of info and goodies. (If you search the website and forums you eventually find some info but it takes serious searching!!) Up until this most recent trip, I had never eaten a bad meal ANYWHERE on Disney property. This time, we have dined at several locations that were disappointing and one quick serve that was truly inedible (Art of Animation burgers). Of course the cost of the meals increased. Unfortunately quality has gone in the opposite direction. When I booked I received a total for my stay “including all taxes and fees”. Understanding this to be my “all in” number, I was beyond irritated when my final bill included parking fees (plus more tax) for my cabin. WOW! At this point another $100 shouldn’t surprise me but this officially feels excessive. I’m told that the website notes that parking fees will be added to the final bill and I apparently missed it. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect ALL FEES to be included within the final reservation amount when my deposit is taken. I was here less than six months ago and was charged ZERO to park my car at my resort. We are supposed to be back in November for a company function. I’m opting out. I’m also supposed to plan a visit for our entire dance company in March. Will be looking for another option as soon as I return home. Not interested in another Disney disaster.

It would be nice if you can save in the maps the locations of fast passes and trajectory in mind for the day so if you want to map out your daily plan, you can. Also, there is a glitch on the FASTPASS map.
