  • Keeps cutting out

Great on web based platform, but on my iPhone, the screen keeps going black and it doesn’t save. Not worth the money to have it on my phone too.
  • Todoist vs Bullet Journal

    By tbisch55
So I spent a couple years using Todoist then heard about the Bullet journal. Learned and used that system for a couple of years and finally feeling overwhelmed with went back with Todoist and felt a huge relief and back in control!
  • Great - almost Super Great

    By Just want q mamanagement
The more I use Todoist the more impressed I am - I have been able to replace just about every other to-do system (various kluges to Contacts or Calendar all problematic). I’m now able to separately track my book list, my movie list, my TV list, and a few other lists I manage - plus schedule day to day items or just add items to inbox. Only reason for four stars is lack of calendar integration - would have been helpful to include that in the free version but with positive experience so far I may upgrade to the paid version.

  • Plagued by bugs

    By DG 123456789
Update: Now less buggy, but still no updated watch app, and the existing one seldom works properly. I miss the natural language processing and organization, but if it is unreliable, it’s useless. —————— The UI of this app is head and shoulders above the competition and I so want to love it, but the Mac, web and iphone interfaces, as well as their back-end are plagued by bugs I can’t live with. On top of that, when you look the bugs up in their user support forum, you see how long they have gone without repair. That there is no standard import and export options makes it even worse — re-entering my data in another app and out the price of a premium subscription.
  • Fast and slick

I switched to Todoist from Wunderlist, and I’m tempted to upgrade for a paid version. The one thing I wished it’s included in the free version is task reminders.
  • The best GTD task management system out there

    By wlorenzo
I’ve tried many. This is cross platform and extremely reliable. They are making it better without taking away the core functionality of what has made it so great. I’ve had it for two years and it has improved my productivity and workflows dramatically!
