This is the stop smoking app that science built. Over 20 different, evidence-based, techniques to help you become - and stay - smoke free. See how much money you've saved, how many cigarettes you've not smoked, how long you’ve been smoke free, how much life you've regained and how your health is improving. Log your cravings, get tips on dealing with them, use the map to see where they congregate, the notes to see what patterns can be identified and the graph to see how they're decreasing. All this is free to use and entirely free of ads. If you need extra help giving up smoking our missions could be just what you need, as they’ve been proven to double your chances of quitting. No other app can promise you this. We proved the missions worked by performing a rigorous scientific experiment. As far as we know, this is the first ever randomised control trial run entirely within an app. Its success means we want to run many more and our goal is to constantly make our app more effective This is all entirely voluntary and you can download the app without taking part in the experiment. Your data will be kept anonymous and you can delete it at any time. But we really hope you do take part because everyone who does will help the quitters who follow. So do yourself a favour by quitting smoking. And do your fellow smokers a favour by helping them understand how it’s done. Weekly Subscription If you choose to subscribe you get access to all elements of the app. Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at the confirmation of purchase and subscriptions automatically renew each week unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The subscription costs 99p (or local equivalent) per week. You can manage your subscriptions in the iPhone Settings app and you can turn off auto-renew by going to your Account Settings .Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchases a subscription, where applicable. • Really does help.

    By Milobram
If you keep at it, it’s almost like it’s own little reward for not smoking. Just another thing that can help quit when your ready. I’m on one week and a day not smoking, after 10 years of smoking about a pack a day and I’ve never tried to quit before so I’m happy with results so far. Just keep daily entries and cravings and the ap helps.
  • Well, well...

Been trying to quit for a while now, actually going to succeed this time. Thanks to this app I may just live long enough to meet my grandchildren.
  • Still continues to help 4 years later

I stopped smoking “cold turkey” but found that this app helped so much and still does. I find myself looking at it every so often and I’m struck with amazement at how long I haven’t smoke, how much money I’ve “saved” and my health benefits. I highly recommend this to anyone trying to quit!
  • So helpful! Worth the upgrade

The badges help reward you, something you need while quitting. I check the app several times a day
  • Great help

I love tracking my progress with the app. It has been a big help 😁
  • Very helpful if you use it

Log and take notes about your triggers, and the app helps you analyze what/when/who they are. Gives you award badges as you go to give you a sense of achievement. I really like it so far, it’s made the whole journey less miserable
  • Can not restore purchase

    By deborahdefranco
I had bought this app awhile ago. When I recently downloaded it and tried to restore my purchase it just lagged and spun. I’d like my money back.
  • Great app

This is one of the best apps which I've been downloaded untill now, very helpful app for smokers to give up smoking by increasing their willpower and knowledge about difference between smokers and none-smokers.
  • That helpful reminder

    By TheeUnderhill
Anytime I crave a cigarette I open the app instead. Now, 8 months later, I find myself opening the app less and less but when I do it’s still that helpful reminder of how far I have come. Would highly recommend to a friend.

I highly recommend this app while quitting. It’s very encouraging to actually see your progress and it gives you something to do when a craving hits.
