    It has so many features! It keeps you entertained and curious about your goals. Using this right now as a way to help me quit. I believe this could be it. The best part about this app is that it logs your cravings. It will show you when you crave a cigarette the most. You’ll see your cravings via graph and it is very useful. It made me realize that I crave cigs when I’m bored and anxious most of the time.

    This is a must for anyone who wants to quit smoking. I have been smoke free for 15 days after 25 years of smoking!and I love all of the information that it gives me. I also opted to pay for the extra help they offer because any extra support during the quitting cycle is helpful.

    I do love this app! It is very empowering, useful, informative, easy to use. The only thing that bothers me is when I get a notification to make a journal entry on my phone, it reminds me that I am struggling to not smoke and then I think about smoking. Lol.

    I am 6 days smoke free. I love the little badges and milestones. The app lets you know that you’re getting healthier and how. I like that I can log my cravings which helped me get my mind off of smoking and focused on how I felt and adding it to the craving section. I like the suggested goals as well. Super cool app. Thanks for helping me with changing my habits!! Now to find one that doesn’t let me snack as much

    I’ve tried to quit before with and without this app. Now I’m 35 days quit and this app has been helpful in tracking triggers and cravings. I always enjoy the badges you earn as you go along. They’re little messages always seem to pop up at the right time for me this time around!

    This app lets you see the progress you’re making hour by hour. It’s a great tool to look at for when you start to get a craving or feel discouraged because you can look at the progress you have made thus far. Thank you for helping me on my journey.

    This app was just what I needed. After what seemed like endless months of wanting to quit but never quite having the willpower to do so, I decided that this was going to be the year. (Yes, quitting smoking takes will power and actually wanting to quit). I found this app with a little research and decided I would give it a shot. It shows me how many cigarettes I haven’t smoked, how many hours I haven’t smoked, how many days of life I’ve regained, how much money I’ve saved, how much I will save in a year and tons of other stuff! There are daily missions to help you work through the quitting process and keep it going. I was finally ready to quit and this was there when I needed it. Would 10/10 recommend.
