This is the stop smoking app that science built. Over 20 different, evidence-based, techniques to help you become - and stay - smoke free. See how much money you've saved, how many cigarettes you've not smoked, how long you’ve been smoke free, how much life you've regained and how your health is improving. Log your cravings, get tips on dealing with them, use the map to see where they congregate, the notes to see what patterns can be identified and the graph to see how they're decreasing. All this is free to use and entirely free of ads. If you need extra help giving up smoking our missions could be just what you need, as they’ve been proven to double your chances of quitting. No other app can promise you this. We proved the missions worked by performing a rigorous scientific experiment. As far as we know, this is the first ever randomised control trial run entirely within an app. Its success means we want to run many more and our goal is to constantly make our app more effective This is all entirely voluntary and you can download the app without taking part in the experiment. Your data will be kept anonymous and you can delete it at any time. But we really hope you do take part because everyone who does will help the quitters who follow. So do yourself a favour by quitting smoking. And do your fellow smokers a favour by helping them understand how it’s done. Weekly Subscription If you choose to subscribe you get access to all elements of the app. Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at the confirmation of purchase and subscriptions automatically renew each week unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The subscription costs 99p (or local equivalent) per week. You can manage your subscriptions in the iPhone Settings app and you can turn off auto-renew by going to your Account Settings .Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchases a subscription, where applicable. On the health benefits tab “calcium buildup” is put down as “calculus buildup” just so you know! I love this app!

  • Love this app!

I love the app. Keeping track of money saved and cigarettes not smoked is a great way to stay motivated and on the path to success. It actually makes it fun, and easier to bust through a craving.
  • It’s great!

I actually almost look forward to cravings just so I can plug them in to the app and even explore the tips and helpful options available to get through the cravings. I didn’t think this would be any different than anything else I’ve tried but it is satisfying and rewarding to see my progress (financially and health wise) right in front of me. This app has helped me feel in control and it’s been a long time
  • Pocket sized support

Quitting is hard. It's nice to have something to poke around when you need encouragement or a just a distraction when you'd really rather smoke. The health and wellness milestones are very motivational, and give some quantifiable element to the shapeless process of craving and denial threatens amnesia off why you quit to begin with. This helps. So does CBD.
  • Helps to see your progress

When cravings strike and resistance is low, it helps to check your progress in various areas and makes you feel like you don’t want to toss that away. Love the tips and missions. Keeps me focused on not smoking instead of giving in to that devil on my shoulder whispering his bad advice.
  • Quite good!

I’ve enjoyed using this app through my smoking cessation journey! I REALLY like that this app accounts for NRT (nicotine replacement therapy) and calculates savings based on NRT expenditures...I’ve been using the JUUL e-cig, which has been INSTRUMENTAL in keeping me smoke free! I would, however, like to see more features outside of the “premium” in-app purchases, but I’ve downloaded several other “quit smoking” apps and this one is my favorite by far!

This app is so helpful because you get to see the breakdown of everything. The ability to see the changes happening to your body is the best. And the achievements keep you motivated.
  • Great motivator to stay on track!

The missions are my favorite, definitely makes you sit back and think. I recommend if you need a little extra voice reminding you not to smoke again.
