  • Promising application if only it worked on iPad Pro iOS 12

This application comes plagued with glitches, I can only assume its because of iOS 12, of course that’s only an assumption, tried the app with iPhone too and had similar problems, app needs a revision and update, when trying to trace a letter it woulld not trace, tried it with Apple Pencil and finger, wont even work on iPhone, when trying to choose a color would not let me choose correct color on iPad Pro, it would on iPhone but not on iPad, frustrating, both iPhone and iPad have been recently been updated to iOS 12, never had this app installed before iOS 12, I believe this information may be useful for developers

I didn’t get far when downloading this app. Just entered my daughters info and that was it, never actually played around with it. I don’t remember seeing anywhere that I would get charged either, what’s up with that? I’d like my 7.99 back.

We love this app and it’s worked great until iOS 12 came. Now it gets stuck on writing letters and my kid can’t get past it. I hope this issue is fixed soon as my kid loves her daily “reading time” on this app

My 3 year old loves this app but after 20-30 minutes, he got frustrated when his pathway lesson stopped working. The lesson: Making Letter Aa won’t work as he cannot “write” with the green dot. I tried downloading the app on our tablet and it’s the same issue
  • Can’t get past writing an A

I just got this for my son, and he was only 10 minutes in before he got stuck on this. We can’t go forward so it’s basically useless right now.
  • My son loves it!

I have downloaded a lot of apps, including ABC mouse, and the one has been the best. It is super easy for my 5 year old to navigate and referring to the lessons he says “wow that was super short!!” which keeps him interested. They also get stars and get to go to different levels, which he loves!
  • Not challenging enough-

My granddaughter has out grown this app and I not only want to delete it, but stop paying for it. As far as I can see, you are quick to charge for it but do not include instructions on how to cancel the subscription.
  • Loads slower than frozen molasses

This could be a very cool app if it didn’t take 5+ minutes to load in between levels or even when first logging in. It’s impossible to keep a 3 year old engaged in something that just sits and loads, and loads, and loads, and loads, and loads, and loads and... well you get the point. So disappointing.
  • Half the things won’t work

After waiting for things to download we will go to push play and half of them won’t even play. Hey will download but stop after that. Other than that my son likes this app a lot. If you can fix those issues it definitely deserves 4-5 stars :)
