    I just love the NOOM weight loss program, especially the articles...and the humor!! I also appreciate my group and my goal specialist! My weight is coming off very slowly...but I’ve let it creep up there over the past 5 what do I expect. Anyway, I got my sister and another friend started on the two week trial program to see if they will like it as much as I do!!

    Oh it does every day is send you articles about losing weight I don’t feel like it allows you to really have a chance to provide your feedback on if it’s working or not and I don’t feel like the coaches really reach out and try to find out if everything is OK and give you positive feedback they more just tell you they are checking in

    I have been on Noom for about a month🙂 It seems as though it is a lifetime fit. I have made it through trips and a plateau without discouragement. Initially I lost a lot, and now it is slower,(indicating some water wt. was lost at first),The psychology and knowledge tips and info are really helpful tools. I love this program. It seems, though, that the 24/7 reference is not accurate. Sometimes it takes days to get a response from a coach, but when he does respond , it is specific for me, and is definitely personal. I have lost 11 lbs. so far!😊 I am full of hope for a healthier life to enjoy my family and soon to be grand child!!

    I travel for business and always tough that it was very difficult to maintain a healthy eating habit on the road. Using Noom takes time to understand and the first couple of weeks your not loosing much weight. But this is a different system, it’s a long game strategy. I can’t change my need to travel, but I can understand my choices better and make appropriate decisions.

    Only thing I’ve ever tried that I know I can stick with. Easy, soft sell way to change my eating habits. They focus on me and aren’t trying to sell me things along the way.
  • I’m up and down over it

    When I say up and down, I mean my weight just keeps going up and down 6 lbs for the last five weeks on this program. I don’t believe the food portion is built for the super obese but the psychological portion is very good and is helping me get a better relationship with food. I’m torn, so review is in the middle.
