    What a rip off don't use this app I lost 500 dlls so far!! Got a 300 dlls deposit, couldn't collect, called c service and spoke to a manager with very limited English, and she told me sorry can't do nothing for me and she hung up on me, trash sorry!!

    I love this app it’s very convenient but an update should be made where it notifies you if you are too young to request a cash card when trying. I’m 17 years old and i’ve been trying to order a cash card, I went through all the steps but each time I would try to it would say my information couldn’t be verified. I kept trying because I was assuming I made a mistake along the way but each time it was still wrong, after doing it about 50 times it said that I tried to many times and i’m now unable to get a card. I decided to go on the website to see why i’m not able to get a card or try to find a customer service number I can call to ask someone but the website states that because of credit card laws you must be 18 or older. The app should’ve been able to tell me I was too young when I put my birthday in now i’m unable to get a cash card. 😕

    The online specs say it will ask to verify DOB when I’ve transacted $250 in a month. I haven’t paid/received $250 in all The months I’ve use this app! When i refused to give it my last 4... it is now asking for my WHOLE SS#. NO WAY! I was only trying to send $39! What?! i sent a support message within app. They emailed an auto message saying they needed more info about the transaction # and receiver etc. shouldn’t they have all that?! I attached the transaction to the support request in app. Well... i re-sent it with info in email Text and attached screen shots. No reply. Sent a new request in app, no reply. The payment stayed hung up... they marked it as expired. So my debt is unpaid and they aren’t replying. Another payment of $15 tht way went right through. I asked the receiver for the $39 if they had changed their settings to cause the problems, she had not. No way to communicate about the problems! Poor customer service!

    I have tried contacting customer service TWICE about the same issue and I have yet to receive a response over the past two days. After my issue is resolved it’s unlikely I’ll continue to use this app and I’ll be telling my friends not to either. If you ever run into a problem you’re pretty much out of luck seeing as no one responds to emails.

    I just left Kroger after sitting in there for an hour trying to buy groceries. I was using cash app because I lost my debit card with my bank and I was waiting to get it so I transferred all my money to cash app because I knew I wouldn’t get the card for another 3-4 days. Cash sends a few emails saying I disputed some transactions. I did no such thing, but I assumed they locked my account. When I call my bank they can resolve these issues in minutes. Cash App has ZERO human support! They even have complaints on twitter. I currently have 392 dollars sitting in cash app that I can’t get to my account because no one has answered my emails. Delete this app if you have it, and never use it if you don’t. My friend is currently disputing transactions for a month that he wasn’t sending through cash app but someone else was. Personally a petition needs to be made to take legal action to this company because these ppl are just sitting on money. *UPDATE* I’ve responded to all 5 disputes as of 12 hours ago and I haven’t gotten a response. The money I have in my cash app was suppose to get my car fixed and buy necessities for my home. My money is being held hostage and no one is responding to me. If you’re going to just freeze someone’s account at least have a phone number. Also the link the developer has been posting under bad reviews doesn’t help. I can’t get a customer code to speak with anyone. I have a few friends that have had issues too. This app is highway robbery.
