  • Works great.

I've used Fantastical 2 for over a year, and it does everything I need. Easy to use, customize, sync, and completely reliable. Love it.
  • The one day view is terrible because it doesn’t exist

    By Sshakir
Best calendar app? I could see where people would think that but I don’t agree. I can’t view my day in block view. Only my week. I really wasted $5. Shame they didn’t offer a lite version to take a look around. Had the app for 5 minutes and realized I hated it. Thought I saw what I wanted in reviews online.
  • Awesome

This is the best calendar app I've tried. I've been using it for a year now. I even tried switching to google calendar a few weeks ago but couldn't deal with it...Fantastical's natural language recognition is INCREDIBLE, google cal's was not even usable. It's a great app and I recommend it without hesitation.
  • Well Done

Update Feb. 2018: I am as impressed with this app as I was, when I first rated it 5 out of 5. My rating remains the same. This app has more capability and flexibility than Apple’s Calendar, especially with setting up repeating events and tasks. I am not bashing Apple Calendar, but I am saying that Fantastical II stands alone at the top, far above the rest of the field.
  • Great but..

    By lapenuaniita
Look, the app is great and all but when i try to add a new event at 12 am. It adds itself at 12am but the one in the really MORNING, the one where most people are trying to sleep and when i try to add it as 12pm is also the same thing. I don't wanna wake up the same second i just lie in my bed. So PLEASE fix this!!!
  • Looks good, Reminders very sluggish

This app works well as a calendar replacement, but I was hoping that it would also take the place of the stock Reminders app. It does connect up iCloud for reminders, but any change to a reminder or attempt to add a new one causes the app to freeze for several seconds. Maybe it's trying to sync with the cloud, but it just becomes unresponsive for a few seconds and eventually comes back to life. Sometimes it ends up in a loop where it tries to open the same details page for an item over and over again. The reminders support is just too buggy to use right now and I'll need to keep the stick app around until it improves.
  • Great Calendar

    By Dcned
I've used Fantastical for years and really like it; however, when I try to input a new calendar item, for example DAY 1 I have to edit the calendar to add the number as it does not stick the first time. In addition, entering gor example, Christmas Dinner I have to go back in to change the date as it defaults to December 25 even though the actual date might not be on December 25.
  • 5 Star to 4 Star 😕

    By Benjamin.S
Unfortunately I felt the need to remove my 5 star rating of this app and instead lost it as a 4 Star review, solely on the fact that Fantastical 2 for iPhone is a completely separate app than Fantastical 2 for iPad. This can be easily resolved by releasing the application as a one time purchase for iOS and a separate purchase for macOS. However Flexibits is already on the pricier side of software and learning this morning that I cannot simply download Fantastical on my iPad because I gladly purchased it on my iPhone is truly unfortunate and feels greedy. Perhaps there is justification for this, however in a world where the majority of smartphone users prefer free apps, Flexibits is definitely making their products a difficult justification to purchase solely due to the price tag. I’m not entirely sure if I would bother pursuing a refund or not, but I am definitely entertaining the idea.
  • Watch Complication needs work

    By TriGuru
The watch app and complication is displaying in Chinese for some reason. Phone and watch are most definitely set to English but the watch app is not in English which makes it all pretty useless.
  • Needs travel time/time to leave functionality

    By lsstudent
This is a really useful tool that I’ve come to value as a Mac user and needs to come into Fantasical iOS. Because I travel quite a bit, I’ve shifted to using Calendar on my phone, but I’m missing using Fantastical on a reg basis.
