Love newton but new version is an issue. Now seem to have more threads in my inbox then ever before since sent emails stay there. Hope it gets fixed fast since this was my cross-platform-go-to client for heavy triage of emails.

Newton’s features are great and the interface is well throughout. I would love to see the in App browser feature to avoid having a mess of Safari tabs when tapping links from emails.

This is certainly a move in the right direction. I absolutely love having read receipts and email scheduling. Here’s what I’d like to see in future updates The ability to resize the new mail window to something smaller. It takes up too much space on my lap top. Template emails- so that I can click, customize, and send. The ability to drag and drop attachments out of received emails instead of having to save it to another location first.

CloudMagic was good, but Newton and $50 is seriously too much compared to competitors...

Quick, easy and no funky ui simple and easy to understand. Loads faster does its job. Best of all, 3$ a month I can easily do.

I have used CloudMagic in the past and recently signed up for Newton. The main thing I like about is that I can use this across all my devices (iPhone, iPad and windows PC). So far the app is working flawless and deliver gmail immediately to my phone; something that Apple native mail app fails to do. I can also customize my signature with HTML. The reason I’m not giving 5 starts is that this is too expensive. I mean $50/year is too much for a email app. I’m going to use this for one year and depending on the performance, I might purchase subscription for another year or will discontinue. Also, all the connected apps that comes with it are useless. I don’t use any of them. So that feature is useless to me.

I was almost excited to use this app for my business got it installed and instantly in your face $50 a year? I can understand $25 a year. Well bad news is that price tag just forced me to uninstall without even trying your product. Hope you make the money you are looking for.
  • Best mail app available

Ok, so I’ve been a subscriber since Dec 2016, and this is by far one of my most used and most favorite apps. I had previously left a review of only 3 stars giving them a wish list of other things that I would like to see built in, but honestly, after trying many of the other mail apps out there that have everything and the kitchen sink built in, I’ve come to the conclusion this is the best built mail app. It’s rich in features, yet still simplistic in its layout and design. I find the app intuitive and easy to use, without having to think too hard, unlike many of the mail apps out there. On top of that it just works seamlessly between desktop, mobile and even the web version of Gmail. After trying many of the other popular mail apps, I was left frustrated because they just didn’t work as well as Newton. I get what this company is doing and I like the fact that they are selective with what features contribute to the usability and what features will detract from that simplistic, well designed interface. After seeing more and more of the apps out there that are bloated with features that don’t work right, it’s nice to have a well thought out app that works as intended. And for those who are complaining about the pricing model, how do you expect the company to sustain the quality of the app as a free application? If you use your email everyday, and value productivity then this app is definitely worth $50/yr.
  • Why the huge font for Lock screen preview?

It looks crazy. How about have the options to turn it on / off?
  • Bait & Switch

It infuriates me when I encounter an app that looks interesting and it looks “free” in the App Store, only to find out once installed that I’ve installed a “14 day trial”. Bait & switch is alive and well in 2018.
