  • Doesn’t do what I needed

Tried watching Hulu from Mexico. Hulu recognized I was using a VPN would not allow me to watch.
  • IPVarnishVPN

I purchased it and used it for about a week now. I do not like that I have to reconnect the VPN during the day. Is this normal? I’m paying for the service of an app, it should be my choice when or if I want to disconnect. Why isn’t there a contact email or phone number to ask these questions? I paid for a year but as of now I will not renew. Disappointed customer...
  • Use in Mexico is unsuccessful

FoxNow, HBO, Amazon all reject access when using IP Vanish in Mexico. It is hard to unsubscribe from IPV. In reading the other reviews, it appears they are padding the ratings.
  • BBC iplayer does not work!

    By Nellie Maxine
IP addresses are not not changed once it is blocked by BBC iplayer.
  • Keeps disconnecting by itself without any notice.

What's the point of this VPN if it keeps disconnecting while in use. This is unsafe to use. Before the new update it seemed to work fine and now there seem to be many issues with this application. I don't like why it always makes you wait to update services every time you open the app. It used to be a great VPN but not anymore. They will lose all their customers if they don't do anything about it ASAP. If they don't change anything by the end of my yearly subscription I won't renew it that's for sure.
  • Glad I have it now. Wish I had done this sooner!

  • Best update yet, but????

I've been using this software for about 3 months. Some hick-ups here and there. I try a different service for a day or too but came back to ipvanish. This new version works great at improving and maintaining good internet speeds. I just check my speeds and it is as follows: download 266 Mbps/ upload 37 Mbps, with the older version the most I got for my internet speeds was 225/235 and upload 30 Mbps. Great improvement with this new version. But on the other hand connectivity seems to be the problem. I can't stay connected. Connection dropps constantly. Specifically when switching from wifi to cellular and when engaging the "On Demand " feature. I can't even stay connected. What's up with that?.I'm still not sold for a yearly subscription but if things keep improving I'll just bite the bullet and subscribe for a year. I tried many vpn services this year and last year and so far I'm sticking with this one for now, unless futures updates don't resolve their annoying issues. Let's see how long it takes them to fix these latest issues. Also, after setting up open vpn in my router The speeds were awful. I wouldn't even get 20 Mbps download speeds and uploads speeds not even 10 Mbps. I tried several server location through out the USA, but the results were more or less the same( unsatisfied). My router( Asus RT-AC5300) the best router I ever had. Maybe doing a Merlin flash would work better. But there are no assurances that it will work and I don't feel like bricking my router. Too expensive. After all these written this vpn service is garbage. Stay away.
  • From great to dang annoying to great again

Sooooo they changed things up with out giving big hints/ tips. This ap is still awesome. I can now only trust my home & cellular networks and when I'm on any other network I have the VPN protection. I'm digging this option as I don't have to keep domains to the protect list.
  • Intermittently good

Dunno why, but when I am away from internet for while...I find it "disconnected" a lot, but not always. Consequently I have to check its status, everytime I commence using the internet again... It SHOULD. stay connected constantly IMHO.
