    After being advised by everyone to meditate (and hating it every time I tried) this app has gotten me into guided mediation which I like far better. Also helps with relaxing my body before bed which in turn helps with my insomnia.

    Nice app The voices were so irritating and fast paced it was hard to focus at all. Truthfully, I was more irritated after using the app than I was when I began. Only because of the voices! Which, I suppose, is a personal problem. But it would be nice to have options to more relaxing narrators. It was just that annoying to me that I gave it 3 instead of 5. Otherwise it’s an amazing app, even if it isn’t well suited for me in particular.

    I’ve actually been pleasantly surprised by how helpful I find this app to be. I find that I feel significantly more calm, and have never regretted the few minutes that I set aside to take part in the guided meditation sessions.

    As usual my limitations prevent me from doing and hearing most of these exercises. Fused right hip so no bending, severe hearing loss so cannot understand what is being said. But for others it appears to be awesome in so many ways def would recommend.

    I like how it has you do a simple check-in by naming emotions, then makes recommendations based on the result. Also love that it includes yoga videos!
  • My favorite meditation app

    I love this app! I love that it helps you track your moods and differentiates how you feel physically and emotionally. I love how many meditations are available and the wide variety. My biggest issue is that some of the meditations go too fast and you don’t have time to experience because you’re focusing on listening. I also think some of the meditations are more didactic rather than experiential, which turns me off a little in a meditation exercise, though listening is still lovely, just not as relaxing for me. Overall, though, definitely one of the best meditation apps out there!

    I am a yogi who didn’t like meditation. I kept trying it because it was supposedly good for my depression and anxiety but it was rare for me to enjoy it. I’ve tried numerous apps but didn’t like most of the guided meditations which were either over spiritualized for my taste or overly psychoanalytical. This app has changed not only my love for mediation but has started stabilizing my moods! Checking in is the first thing I do every day and night and sometimes even multiple times throughout the day as needed. I have yet to meditate without an improvement of my thoughts and emotions. The guided meditations are simple and effective. Never intimidating or strange. I have recommended this app to all my friends and I highly recommend it to anyone struggling with stress or negative thoughts/emotions in their life!
